Review collected by a third partyAs a regular Raja customer it was great to see their products are now sent out in recyclable boxes with eco-friendly tape (no clingfilm in sight!). Just the strapping to go and it would be perfect! Asked for a delayed delivery as we were going to be away and it arrived on the day requested. Great!

We will be forced to move to a different suppler. To turn their back on small business is a massive error. We would have been a loyal customer for years. We have very large growth currently. Very disappointed.

Review collected by a third partyAfter calling Raja for advice on size of their bubble wrap bags for our product we placed our first order with Raja it arrived ok but the bubble wrap bags were wrong size after calling them I was told I would have to pay to post it back to them when I said it was on their recommendation I ordered them I was told to wait till they checked it all out and they would get back to me which they didn’t after many phone calls from me they said it was indeed their fault and would arrange a free pick up again after many calls from me they arranged to let the couriers know to pick it up at 4pm on first day they tried to collect at 12.30pm after calling them second day they came again at 12.30pm after calling them a third day they said they had put a note to say it had to be 4pm or it would be left outside house they came at 9.30am and got parcel outside so I am waiting on my refund the service has been shocking and I’m not impressed don’t think going forward I will be using this company again
