When I sent an email to signal it (15 days later) they send an “attempt of delivery” pretending that many deliveries have been attempted,l (nobody reached out to let me know, either by phone or email) which is also barely believable considering that I was home. I’m asking for a reimbursement now. I’ll hope to have it.

Verified reviewThe poor review is due to the shipping cost .bought an item for £7.40 and delivery £7.50 with VAT £8.40!!!!!! I won't be using this site again and stick to Allbeauty.uk, or Lookfantastic, with sensible delivery prices!!!! BYE Sanareva.!!!
