As I mentioned before, the parcel was delivered before I knew it was duplicated. The cost of returning the parcel is too expensive as it is a heavy item. You have not resolved my dispute. The reviews on your website are terrible

I think you are getting confused - I received a £55.20 refund on 30th august for a previous order that you had cancelled. But then I made another order out of which you did not deliver two products - and I never received a refund for those. Please check the order numbers, there must be a mistake. The main issue of your website says things are available and after ordering and paying you get an email saying it was not available. It’s really really frustrating I wasted so much time on this.

Verified reviewThe delivery price was outrageous (twice more expensive than the product itself). No alternative shipping method offered. And it took 10 days to get delivered!!!

Dear Customer, Due to Brexit, we have had to change our courier fees. Our warehouse is based in France. Our new courier, Spring is the French partner of Royal Mail in the UK which we are currently offering at £8.40 and for which you are allowed free delivery for orders above £89. This service does not require any extra custom fees for orders up to £500. Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated. Your order was dispatched on the 12th September and delivered on the 17th, 5 working days later. Do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any further queries. Kind regards, The Sanareva Team

Verified reviewNearly £8 postage for a £3.60 item is painful, and it is really slow (4 days to dispatch). A £75 order is needed before free postage kicks in, I don't need 21 of these. Otherwise the service is fine.

Why are EU customs charges hidden in the postage cost and not added to the cost of the item for sale? Postage is related to size and weight, customs charges are related to the cost of the item. So adding a random charge on to the postage does not make any sense. Taxes should be proportionate to the value of the item and added to the items price before payment!
