Verified reviewExcellent company. The product was good quality, everyone was impressed. Delivery was fast and well packaged. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because shipping was £8.50 for Royal Mail 1kg small parcel, which could have sent fully tracked for cheaper, £6.50 for postage and packaging cost is much more reasonable and the norm. Other than that, I’m very happy and will use them again, but only when needing to place a bulk order, purely because of the postage cost.

Verified reviewIn the parcel many products were broken, there was no protection , so the liquids weee all over the parcel and half of the creams were empty

Dear Customer, Due to Brexit, we have had to change our courier fees. Our warehouse is based in France. Our new courier, Spring is the French partner of Royal Mail in the UK which we are currently offering at £8.40 and for which you are allowed free delivery for orders above £89. This service does not require any extra custom fees for orders up to £500. Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated. Kind regards, Sanareva
