Verified reviewI ordered the products because of the very favorable price before I looked at the reviews about the store. I admit that I was worried whether my order would be fulfilled and whether I would receive the ordered cosmetics. However, I am glad that I placed an order at Sanareva. Good e-mail contact, the package arrived 6 days after the order, in perfect, intact condition. I have received all the ordered cosmetics. Certainly, I will place more than one order with them, because it is worth it. Competitive prices :) Thank you :)

Verified reviewCustomer service is non existent - ordered goods from them. They acknowledged the order, then sent me something completely different. I emailed them three times but they didn’t reply. Feels like I have been ripped off.

Verified reviewI cancelled my order after I placed it and they continued to still send the item. I then messaged and asked why they sent it and their excuse was they didn't see the message until after sent. I was told to reject the parcel when the postman tried to deliver in order to get my money back but how can I do this when I don't work from home. No help at all.
