Verified reviewIn general, everything is fine with the milk, but I am not satisfied with the delivery. it was supposed to be within 4 days from the date of purchase and was after 3 weeks. Therefore, only three stars.

Verified reviewGoods failed to be delivered and were returned to Sanareva by the shipper. I had to initiate the query that resulted in this being notified to me.

Verified reviewLate in March I ordered a product from Sanareva. A week later I was told there was an issue with the order. I was given a new order number & told the order would be 4-5 days. On 21st April after making enquiries I was told my order had 'not been flagged by the courier'. Today, once again I made enquiries & apparently my order is still 'under investigation'. Very poor support. You cannot make contact by telephone & having used this company for some time I am both disappointed and irritated. I have no more information about my delivery than I did 3 weeks ago. Extremely bad service.

Firstly expensive post costs without other options (8£ via royal mail). then got a message to say the parcel was on it's way and day after another message saying one of the products was unavailable. Tried to cancel because not worthy anymore if one product was missing. They said they couldn't do anything. Been 2 weeks since I've asked for refund on the product (if you don't ask they keep it) and the costs, no answer!! Only good at bothering me with dozens emails a day to buy more. Disgusting
