Verified reviewSite was fine and I had no problem finding exactly what I wanted. However, I did not realise that the order was being sent from outside the UK, so delivery took longer than I had anticipated. There's not a lot anyone can do about this, post Brexit - sadly.

I have emailed to explain and so far have only been asked for the bar code of the product and no idea if they will send me the correct product - so not really satisfactory. I also asked if I could use the coarse clay the same way, but no response
