Verified reviewNot happy with Sanareva customer service. Appalling! When put the order online the website went wrong and told me the the order was cancelled and to try again, which I did. This happened 3 times in the row. The order went through the third time so I assumed it was ok, only to find out later Sanareva took my money 3 times. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with Sanareva, which by the way, I don’t understand what sort of company it is with no telephone number, no contact number, very bizarre. So, I have sent numerous emails and only once was a reply asking me for more informations, which I provided subsequently. No one from Sanareva contacted me to resolve the problem. I received the order, 3 times!!! That is irrelevant, because I did not want the same order multiplied by three, I did not expect to pay that kind of money for a order relatively small. All I asked Sanareva was to contact me to resolve the issue, which Sanareva did not respond to that. So, rest assured I will never buy anything from Sanareva in the future. Very, very, very bad review, I will not recommend Sanareva.

Dear Oana, We are sorry to hear that there was a problem with our payment system, it did not show that the order went through at that time. Of course, there is a solution to this, you can bring the two parcels you don't want to keep back to the post office and explain that you wish to refuse them, therefore, they will be sent back to our warehouse without any extra charges. Regarding your emails, we haven't received any of them expect from your first email asking if all three payments went through. "If you sent an email to info@transactions.sanareva.co.uk, we sill not receive it as that's an automatic email address which we ask our customers not to respond to. To contact us, please log on to your customer account, click on ""Contact"" then "Contact Customer Services", scroll down then you can view "Contact information" and type your message. Dear Sanareva, You finally decided to reply to my emails. I sent my emails to the email address provided on your website, on your Contact page. It’s too late now to send them back, as the boxes have been opened. All I wanted was to order 3 items which cost £45 and I ended up with 3 orders which cost me £125 and all being your fault, because the website told me to “try again” because the order been cancelled and so I did, subsequently having 3 orders which cost me £125 and you didn’t reply to my numerous emails, one with a screenshot of my bank statement showing 3 payments to Sanareva. I’m very disappointed with your service and rest assured I will never use your website in the future. Regards, Oana Wilson

Dear Sanareva, This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never had any problems like that. I have definitely sent NUMEROUS emails to the email address you provide on your website, including copies of the bank statement showing 3 payments to Sanareva in total of £125. If you would read any emails I sent you, you would see I said that I cannot return any of the extra parcels as they have been opened. Disgraceful! I shall never, ever go anywhere near your website. This is not how you deal with customers issues. I know, I used to work in retail, customer service. I would like my review to appear on your website, as customers should know, should be aware of your customer service policies. Oana

Dear Oana, Can you please let us know which email address your numerous emails were sent to ? Once again, we did not receive them very unfortunately. All emails are read and replied to. Unofrtunately, some customers do not send them to the correct address, or do not log on to their customer accounts to respond to our email, which means that the emails get sent to the 'no-reply-to' email inbox instead of our valid inbox. If you have opened the parcels, it does not matter, they can still be sent back to us. As long as the products have not been touched, they can be sent back to us if you would like to have a refund. Dear Sanareva, Dear Sanareva, So you have received one email, as you contacted me, you must have received the others too. As for sending the items back, I will not go through the whole process of finding boxes to pack them, travelling to Post Office to post them, as I don’t live near any shops or any other facilities and that will cost me even more. So, no, I can’t do that now, too much hassle for me, especially when is all your fault. I’m done with you! Oana
