Verified reviewThe service provided is good but their postal service lets them down. This order was stuck behind a bush for well over a week before it was discovered. I had actually contacted Sanareva about non-receipt and they sent a photo of my front door to me - no proof or explanation as to where my order had been left. Definitely not happy about their so-called proof of delivery. It was only after searching my front drive that I actually discovered my order which any passer by could have taken. No apologies forthecoming from Sanareva when I pointed this out either.

Verified reviewSite was reasonable to navigate. Not a huge amount of description of products. And it took 11 days from ordering to get delivered. And the description of the product that came with it, isn’t particularly detailed either.

Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated, excluding an additional delay that may add on if your parcel gets retained in customs. Good Morning, T Thanks for prompt reply. The item I was asking about is PhysioFlor Vaginal Capsules Flora Natural Probiotic which are inserted into the vagine. I wondered if applicators were supplied as well. Thank you.

Dear Customer, Our pharmacist confrimed this product is not sold with the applicator. For easy use, insert one capsule into the vagina every night for 7 days, wet the tablet with water to make it easier to insert. Our team remains at your entire disposal for any further information. Verified reviewThe service was excellent and the item arrived very fast. My only issue, which is not related to the product is the postage charge which made the order quite expensive for one small item.
