I was happy overall. Only tiny issue was having to get in touch to confirm that the order was being dispatched but they responded very quickly to my e mail confirming that it would take some time to prepare the order

Ordering was easy but unfortunately delivery was awful, we had to chase via email and telephone, staff were very polite but we had to wait weeks for urgent medicines for our dog.

The site and order process were really good. Despatch took a few days, not sure why. Delivery also took longer than I was expecting but customer service was able to update me and I think the timing is outside of the company's control.

I went on Sanareva site to order products which I had already got an email saying 20% off. So I had no problem selecting the products I required and it is so easy to get around the site to order. Each product you can go in and see the size and also see how it is used. Very efficient.
