Verified reviewThis was the first time I ordered at Saraneva and I had no problems with them. I ordered 1 item on the 24th of February and received my order on the 8th of March. Even though the website says that the item will be dispatched in 48h, it wasn't, but I didn't mind that at all. Also, I tested the product and it seems like it is of high quality content, so I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Dear Kittie, I am sorry if you are not satisfied with our way of working you must know that this are ours terms and conditions that clients accept when placing an order,we are willing to hel you lie we said the statement it just so we can keep a record as proff from you saying that you did not recieve the product because we can present this to the courier in order to show that you did not recieve th order, also you ID like we also said you did not need to send it completely you can hide evry personel nformation all we nedd to see is you nme in order to sure thts its the right personne claiming fot the parcels

Verified reviewNot a lot to report on. Ordering was fairly straight forward. One thing that bothered me was there was nothing to say where the goods were being shipped from and I suspected from abroad ie outside the UK. The delivery time was quoted as quite a long time away and I worried that my goods my be stuck in customs. But luckily the order arrived earlier than the website estimated. The product was through no real fault of Sanareva quite ridiculously expensive for a set of just 6 nasal swabs for stopping nose-bleeds. When I think of hoiw cheap Styptic pencils used to be for stopping bleeding from shaving cuts - these Nexcare are a rip-off. But everywhere is on the same kick and nobody sells them cheaper than Sanareva so it's hobson's choice really.
