1) I still have not received one part of the order, those are the padel balls. The confirmation email stated that they would be delivered on 19-12-21-12, but nothing was heard after that. On December 27, I logged in to your site and asked where the order was, but I didn't hear anything back......the bad thing is that it was a Christmas present!!! The padel shoes were delivered on time. 2) Very strange that I had to pay shipping costs twice, while I ordered from 1 site and it is scandalous that on Wednesday I saw that the shipping costs are more than the cost of the balls...... very strange the double costs and still It's worse that I haven't received them yet. Hi, the product is right but according to my order it should come with string with 24kg of tension. But it was unstrung. i strung the racket and will use it today. So it’s not refundable now. But you still owe me a string.

You need to indicate and ADD a string under the drop down menu where you choose the size for the grip (Kies uw racket string:) If you do not add a string, then the racket will come unstrung, even if you indicated 24kg of tension. Or go to your web site, choose Babolat pure aero 2023, then from the drop-down menu choose ‘head hawk 200m tennishaspelsnaar 1.25 mm Grey - 0€’ and then choose 24 kg for the tension. Then add to basket. At your web site you can choose strings which seem 0€. So this means you use free strings for some of them. As a customer I understand free if it says 0€. If not please fix your website, because you mislead customers. In any case that corrects me. So please check your web site, if you cannot see that, you have my contact number, please call me and I will tell you step by step. After all these explanations you still owe me two strings(I bought one more last week and it was unstrung again)

Great purchase and having the technifibre cover included as well with the racket was unexpected. Have played with the rackets once now, smashed my mates. Really smooth grip, good balance, power hitting racket and also enhanced sweet spot. P.S I have tested xtop 125 and airshaft as well in the court. I would rates these as Xtop 125 > Xtop 135 > Airshaft But, if you compare the prices and power hitting, 135 is way better.

Despite reading many negative reviews I decided to make my order, especially as paying using Klarna was available (so that seemed to mitigate any risk regarding any potential problems receiving my order). However I had no problems and received my order within a week of ordering. Very happy! Don’t write reviews normally but decided to on this occasion due to so many negative ones I read, which I think were slightly misleading. Hope this helps someone else help them make an informed decision. And the price for my item was by far the lowest I could find!
