  Easy to navigate. Quick to deliver. I originally bought some Thalgo products while I was on a cruise. They suit my skin perfectly! Not heavy or greasy. So once I'd tried out the ones I had at home I then invested in some eye cream and face serum. Would highly recommend.

  Website was quite confusing to begin with, i couldnt find what i wanted. Rather disappointed that i had to use a friends address to order, your website would not recognise my address as i do not have a house number. If my friend is unwilling to accept future parcels then i will not be able to order from you

  The Thalgo website makes it very easy to find what you’re looking for or to just browse around. The ordering process is very simple. There isn’t a lot of detail on products but the perfect amount so you know what you’re buying.

  Excellent Customer Service. Ordered online and within 20 minutes I received a call and email advising that some of the items were out of stock and refunded these items immediately. Lovely to deal with. I do find the website sometimes difficult to navigate as some links for the products jump to somewhere else and newer products advertised on the Facebook page, I can’t find on the website. However, I get the chance to look at different products.
