Excellent Customer Service. Ordered online and within 20 minutes I received a call and email advising that some of the items were out of stock and refunded these items immediately. Lovely to deal with. I do find the website sometimes difficult to navigate as some links for the products jump to somewhere else and newer products advertised on the Facebook page, I can’t find on the website. However, I get the chance to look at different products.

Badly packed, the boxes were really bashed. Lovely Miss Yasmin sent me out a replacement box (as it was a gift) and a few lovely samples (so kind)

The products are excellent but the stock level on the website is very poorly updated. After receiving a confirmation of my order, I was told one of the products I purchased was actually out of stock. The same thing happened to my next order. Such a waste of time.
