  Time to deliver and the whole delivery experience was very poor. Processes around delivery process are not flexible, I.e unable to reroute the same order for delivery once assigned back to original location in France.\n\nBJS delivery don’t listen to what the customer wants and deliver regardless having told them not to deliver on certain days and periods, unable to contact over weekend about re-delivery. After first attempt *** didn’t bother to contact me and when I did rearrange the were late by 45 minutes.

  Item order was delivered on time, as promised. However, upon opening package, the media unit was covered in cobwebs, inside and out, the stain on the item is not consistent and bits of wood debris continually falls from the inner compartment onto out Blu-ray player. The item is being returned and the customer care response is good.

  Really pleased that the product was so environmentally friendly - even the fixings were bamboo, rather than screws! Everything was very clearly labelled. Perhaps also, to make it completely environmentally friendly, you could use compostable material instead of plastic for the envelope for the instructions?

  The item I was sent was a com0letely different item than what I purchased. I had designed my entire bathroom around the vanity unit I had chosen, and cannot find similar anywhere else. When I contacted Tikamoon, I was told there would be a 4 month wait for the correct item. This is now holding up my entire extension as a cannot find a suitable replacement. I am beyond livid about the inconvenience this has caused my project.

  Please accept our apologies once again for this unfortunate situation. It is always advisable to check your product upon delivery, rather than wait 2 months to inspect it. Had this error been discovered earlier, we would have been able to resolve the problem immediately. Our logistics department underwent a restructuring recently, including the implementation of a new computer system, so this error will no longer occur in the future. We will continue to monitor the lead time of your washstand, and expedite its delivery as soon as it arrives.

  Ordering and delivery process very good. Notified about delivery day in good time. Delivery guys rang an hour before to let me know their anticipated arrival time. Item delivered into required room. Policy is not to remove packaging which although a risk if there are damages worked out ok in this case. Item perfect condition. Thank you.

  I am very satisfied with the product, it is exactly what I expected.\nI would like to comment on the packaging - it was amazing and well thought. I was so pleased to see very little plastic packaging and the vast majority was recyclable, even down to the ribbon holding the bag of bits. Very well done.

  *** we made a specific request for the delivery to be left in the conservatory at the rear of the house. But the delivery driver left it by the front door in plain sight of people walking by and the box was upside down even when the box clearly stated this way up. This product has a glass top which could have been damaged or pinched. Very very disappointed.

  When ordering I feel a non returnable deposit to secure the items for manufacture ie 50 % this will cover the cost of production and the transport cost, then a further stage payment in the period of transport and a small payment I.e. 10 % prior to dispatch, it’s a ideal great products

  The delivery date was constantly postponed. First it would be 6 weeks, then it became 8 weeks, and in the end it was more than a month late. That itself was dissappointing but it was only when I called myself that I found out it was going to be later. I dont get why Tikamoon never informed me out of their own about the postponing. poor service.

  Delivery was late (by a matter of weeks) and once arrived delivery men refused to unpack and remove packaging (despite us having to sign saying that the item was in good order) - not great for a £*** delivery fee.\n\nItem seems good so far and was very good value.

  Our dresser/cabinet is absolutely beautiful and has had many comments by people who have seen it! I’m in love! \n\nIt did take a long time to arrive but was well worth the wait, was in perfect condition and delivered by considerate delivery guys!

  When delivered I only received 1 of 2 parts of my Welsh dresser. Informed that part 2 would arrive in a week or so. Online tracking showed delivery complete and after contacting BJS, I did not have confidence as to when I might receive the item. Only after contacting Tikamoon staff did I feel we were moving forward with my order. Indeed, it arrived the next day!\n\nOnly point I have from the above statement is that if there is a problem on delivery Tikamoon should be made aware of it and the delivery company must keep all informed of what is happening. I had lots of emais prior to first delivery, but none regarding the second.\n\nLove the dresser! Thanks

  Bought Kort furniture which is really beautiful and very solid, had a issue with my first delivery but Tikamoon gave me a couple of options and sorted it all out for us. Always quick replies to emails etc. Have used twice now and will definitely use again. Have to say their customer service is fantastic, which I find rare today!

  I am very impressed with the console table, the quality, workmanship and style. TIKAMOON were on point when they advised about the courier company and the company’s expectations. The delivery was a two-man job and a space in the desired room had to be made clear for such delivery. It is not surprising that I had put the two companies together, both acting for each other. What I had not expected was delivery of the table flat-packed!! If the table hadn’t come whole I thought the gentlemen were going to build the table in the space provided. Not so! I was left with a flat pack, an Allen key and unclear building instructions! But that’s where my disappointment ends. Once the table was put together, I am astounded by the stability and quality of the product!\n
