    the site is a little obscure on adding that the most units do not come treated or with the necesesary penetrations. Also delivery charged me twice after making a second order on the phone 5 minutes later. a bit strange they couldnt just void and an order and malgamate them together as one. Helpful support though

As sheesham is part of a family of protected species of wood, we require UK customs approval on the sourcing of said wood before we can ship it from us here in France.     I ordered the Olga three draw side bedside table. It was available for delivery much faster than the estimate which was a lovely surprise. Was able to deliver on a day that suited me. Item was well packaged and great that no build was required. Lovely item and would definitely use them again.

    The buying process was straight forward and the unit is of acceptable quality. However, their approach to customer service is woeful. Unfortunately the basin was damaged, unclear whether by plumber or during manufacturing. Tikamoon's response was condensing in tone and unhelpful. Blamed the plumber and no offer to replace the basin at my cost. When I was asked about it, I was informed that they don't usually replace damaged basins (if they're not to blame I assume) but would ask management. They came back 'on the occasion we will let you purchase a replacement'. This felt it was offered begrudgingly. For a Company that positions itself as a supplier of high quality products, I would have expected more support, understanding and empathy. Disappointing experience and negatively changed my opinion of Tikamoon.

    Im happy with the product itself now that it is in perfect condition. Not happy with the delivery service and changeover where the faulty foot could have been replaced rather than the whole unit. Delivery people wouldnt unpackage it though they did put it upstairs.

    Furniture arrived as expected, and was easy to assemble. There was a very slight mark on the top - too small to be worth rejecting the table for, so we are living with it, and you probably wouldn’t notice it if you didn’t have it pointed out, but not completely perfect!

    We purchased a mirror from Tikamoon, unfortunately it did not work in the space we had in mind so we decided to return it. I was very impressed with Tikamoon’s customer service who gave us clear instructions on how to return the mirror and also a full refund including the cost of the original post and packaging.     The item we searched for resulted from a google search which led us to the Tikamoon site so no navigation required, however it seemed easy to use. Product looks better in the flesh than the site image. Absolutely perfect in every way, size, weight, finish. The matching trap only adds!

    I ordered 2 dark gray marble basins as I liked the look of the website and the items they sold. I was very excited when they arrived, they arrived on time and were well packaged. Unfortunately when I opened the boxes one of the bowls was dark grey and one was light grey ( which was another option on the website). I just assumed that they had sent me the wrong one by mistake and would swap it for the correct dark grey to match the other, so I messaged them, explained what had happened, sent photos of the 2 different bowls and said I was happy to send the incorrect one back for a replacement. Well! I couldn't have been more wrong. I recieved quite a rude reply, informing me that the bowls sent where the same bowl but with colour variations and they had not made a mistake. If I was unhappy then they would give me a percentage of my money back less the delivery cost. Absolutely no customer service at all. I liked the correct bowl I ordered but as they refused point blank to replace the other one I had no option but to return them both as I couldn't have 2 different coloured bowls on one countertop. I will not reccomend Tikkamoon purely for the disgusting attitude and service I received from their cutomer services. Sorry.

    Product was good and as described. I like it. It is perhaps a tad pricy but certainly acceptably priced for the size, quality and design. Delivery was as promised - a number of weeks as it is dropped shipped from factory to their warehouse. The delivery company was easy to communicate with an find a good time for delivery. The one downside, and a bit my fault....The unit was exceptionally heavy and I did not agree to paying an extra fee for assembly, as it comprised of screwing four legs on the unit - which was very easy. However, removing the packing material was a two to three hour job and hurt my back. THis is because packaging is designed to protect the product from the overseas factory. Which it did! Removing the packaging is a two person job for strong people and this should be made clearer at purchase. Indeed, I think unpacking should be included in the price; given the cost of the unit. The delivery company was not willing to provide any assistance as that was not on their work sheet. Nor could I inspect the goods were not damaged but they insisted I attest to that on the delivery receipt. Had there been damage, I might have had a dispute with Tikamoon. That experience aside, it would have been 5 star

    I requested delivery to be arranged after a certain date. I was initially told that there was nothing to worry about, but later received a delivery confirmation for a date before the one I requested. Customer services later rectified this, only for me to then receive a confirmation the delivery company for the incorrect date. The delivery eventually arrived on the day I requested. The largest item, the Kwarto TV stand arrived completely broken.

    I am more than happy with my TV stand and my console table. I also got some wall art canvas, and it looks just stunning. The TV stand took quite a long time to deliver, but I was aware of the time since the day I bought it. It did arrive one month earlier still. I recommend Tikamoon to all my friends now; it is of good quality and is reasonably priced. I have no complaints at all.

    Ordered two garden metal garden chairs. Website easy to use, delivery quick. One of the chairs had an issue with one of the legs, it was slightly bent and therefore wobbled on a flat floor. Sent a photo to Tikamoon with an explanation. Customer service came back and wanted a video taken. I simply couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. I’ve kept the chair as no offer to exchange with me sending a video in. It’s faulty, it shouldn’t require a video. Anyway, I won’t order again from Tikamoon.

    Had a small issue which item had to be returned unfortunately they don't have collection for small items but my item ( table) was not a small item and I had to ask someone with bigger car to take this go post office. Also dspite the delivery cost, they don't bring items at you door if there are stairs. Good quality item though

    Ordered a bathroom vanity unit, after assembly noticed the side panel piece of wood was split which I assume was from delivery, after contacting customer services they offered a complete refund, a voucher to spend online if I kept the item or a replacement unit being sent. I opted for a replacement unit and they collect the damaged item too. Also when you call customer services you actually speak to a human being and not an automated option service.

    The store's website has all the necessary information, it is clean, with a wide variety of products, the purchase was easy and the furniture was delivered on the informed date. The only drawback was the delivery. Despite the information at the time of purchase that the furniture, due to its weight, would be delivered by 2 people, and up to the second floor of the building, the furniture was only delivered by one person, who left the box at the entrance, despite me having answered the intercom. As a result, I had to climb alone with a heavy box to my apartment.

    Our bar stools arrived within the 4 month time frame, and they are a lovely design and will do us well. Delivery was an odd experience but no harm done. The delivery company (BJS Home Delivery) said they couldn't take things up higher than the second floor, which was totally understandable and I was fine with this. We are the second floor but the stairs are a pain so I told the delivery company to leave the boxes on the ground floor as delivery people always make a fuss about stairs. Then they arrived, told me about the 2 floors policy, I told them I was 2nd floor but that ground floor was fine, but they insisted on taking it up? But then we all climbed up to 1st floor (the stairs have a half level landing) and they called it 2 floors. Then they thrust the machine at me to sign, and more or less stormed off. Very strange, emotional men. Why insist on taking it up in the first place? Aside from the delivery experience, am very happy with Tikamoon and the product.

    I have purchased roughly 13 pieces from Tikamoon and have to say I love every piece. The quality is there and the dedication to solid wood with great design, aesthetics and function is impressive. Furniture is expensive and is obviously luxury, but if I can tell these items will and can last a lifetime with care. Buy cheap buy twice etc. Will be buying more in near future. The only downside is the delivery company that is used in my area (uk, west midlands). Not sure if this is the delivery company used nationwide, but I havnt had great experience with them. It seems their staff varies with experience. I wouldn't say a lot of them have experience with delivering and handling bespoke items of furniture. I would discourage purchasing the premium delivery if you really don't need anything assembled. Yes taking the packaging away is helpful, but I wouldn't trust an inexperienced team to handle your new furniture with care, not worth the risk. Would give 5 stars to Tikamoon as can't fault the products. But if youre spending £8k+ on furniture, the delivery of your furniture is a big deal.

Please be advised that the item was not damaged in production and after reviewing the pictures it seems that it has been damaged in transit. This does not mean that the box was dropped but that the movement of the item while on route from our warehouse here in France may have been a bit too turbulent for example and this has caused the cracking of the item.
