    I am more than happy with my TV stand and my console table. I also got some wall art canvas, and it looks just stunning. The TV stand took quite a long time to deliver, but I was aware of the time since the day I bought it. It did arrive one month earlier still. I recommend Tikamoon to all my friends now; it is of good quality and is reasonably priced. I have no complaints at all.

    Ordered two garden metal garden chairs. Website easy to use, delivery quick. One of the chairs had an issue with one of the legs, it was slightly bent and therefore wobbled on a flat floor. Sent a photo to Tikamoon with an explanation. Customer service came back and wanted a video taken. I simply couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. I’ve kept the chair as no offer to exchange with me sending a video in. It’s faulty, it shouldn’t require a video. Anyway, I won’t order again from Tikamoon.

    Had a small issue which item had to be returned unfortunately they don't have collection for small items but my item ( table) was not a small item and I had to ask someone with bigger car to take this go post office. Also dspite the delivery cost, they don't bring items at you door if there are stairs. Good quality item though

    Really bad quality there are still bits falling off and maybe it was to do with the packaging because it didn’t even have . Any bubble wrap around it. They gave me a ridiculous amount of money back just over £5 because I couldn’t be bothered to send it back but I won’t be buying anything else from them

    Ordered a bathroom vanity unit, after assembly noticed the side panel piece of wood was split which I assume was from delivery, after contacting customer services they offered a complete refund, a voucher to spend online if I kept the item or a replacement unit being sent. I opted for a replacement unit and they collect the damaged item too. Also when you call customer services you actually speak to a human being and not an automated option service.

    Badly made products, leg of a side table snapped in my hands while trying to put it together. They offered me a £40 refund for the £300 product and said to keep the table. Bad customer service and cheaply made products. I wouldn’t buy from them again

    The store's website has all the necessary information, it is clean, with a wide variety of products, the purchase was easy and the furniture was delivered on the informed date. The only drawback was the delivery. Despite the information at the time of purchase that the furniture, due to its weight, would be delivered by 2 people, and up to the second floor of the building, the furniture was only delivered by one person, who left the box at the entrance, despite me having answered the intercom. As a result, I had to climb alone with a heavy box to my apartment.

    Our bar stools arrived within the 4 month time frame, and they are a lovely design and will do us well. Delivery was an odd experience but no harm done. The delivery company (BJS Home Delivery) said they couldn't take things up higher than the second floor, which was totally understandable and I was fine with this. We are the second floor but the stairs are a pain so I told the delivery company to leave the boxes on the ground floor as delivery people always make a fuss about stairs. Then they arrived, told me about the 2 floors policy, I told them I was 2nd floor but that ground floor was fine, but they insisted on taking it up? But then we all climbed up to 1st floor (the stairs have a half level landing) and they called it 2 floors. Then they thrust the machine at me to sign, and more or less stormed off. Very strange, emotional men. Why insist on taking it up in the first place? Aside from the delivery experience, am very happy with Tikamoon and the product.

    I have purchased roughly 13 pieces from Tikamoon and have to say I love every piece. The quality is there and the dedication to solid wood with great design, aesthetics and function is impressive. Furniture is expensive and is obviously luxury, but if I can tell these items will and can last a lifetime with care. Buy cheap buy twice etc. Will be buying more in near future. The only downside is the delivery company that is used in my area (uk, west midlands). Not sure if this is the delivery company used nationwide, but I havnt had great experience with them. It seems their staff varies with experience. I wouldn't say a lot of them have experience with delivering and handling bespoke items of furniture. I would discourage purchasing the premium delivery if you really don't need anything assembled. Yes taking the packaging away is helpful, but I wouldn't trust an inexperienced team to handle your new furniture with care, not worth the risk. Would give 5 stars to Tikamoon as can't fault the products. But if youre spending £8k+ on furniture, the delivery of your furniture is a big deal.

Please be advised that the item was not damaged in production and after reviewing the pictures it seems that it has been damaged in transit. This does not mean that the box was dropped but that the movement of the item while on route from our warehouse here in France may have been a bit too turbulent for example and this has caused the cracking of the item. None the less we are very sorry for this and have sent the pictures onto our product team for their review and future improvements on the product and packaging.     Came across Tikamoon on Google when looking for particular size of unit. Having never heard of this company, was nervous to order an item which was over £800 but loved the item so took the chance … and so happy we did.     We originally ordered two light grey stone sinks which looked amazing however the water is hard where we are and it’s worn on the sinks very fast So we decided to order the dark grey marble a little bit getting used to them quite a contrast in colour but they’re outstanding the Company Itself is amazing Packaged well And always been so helpful the customer care team wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

    The sink unit and top are lovely, exactly as we hoped and once the wood is treated the grain looks beautiful. However, the first sink unit arrived with a large split down the side. Customer service was very helpful and happy to send a replacement. This took a little longer to arrive than originally promised. Our only other grumble is the holes to attach the legs to the base don't all line up, so only 4 out of 6 screws can be used.

    The Marius chair was just what we wanted to complete a recently decorated and furnished small bedroom. The delivery and return procedures were without fault. Unfortunately the product did not match that shown on the web site in that three diagonal rattan strips were in complete colour contrast to the rest of the chair back. Quality control by the manufacturer must have been on holiday when this chair was passed for sale. Totally unacceptable. There was no option of a replacement chair, had there been we would have chosen this option. After checking numerous chairs on various websites we were so disappointed when this one arrived.

    Terrible customer service. A damaged unit and we were offered £100 voucher or £75 cash to keep it. It's worth £500 and the damage was significant and to the front. No offer of replacement. Then this just caused more back and forth if emails which shouldn't be necessary. It's fine to offer those things but also offer a replacement! Then to compensate the fact we had to put it together, spend an age communicating then we had to dismantle it and box it the same as when received we were given a £30 voucher on sale items only. That's just not good enough really. At least be on any items rather than just sale! Then we scheduled our home working day around the delivery of the replacement only to find out the working day before that tikamoon hadn't got the unit to the delivery company in time! More emailing and time wasted. We did get our delivery cost back for that which softened the blow. I would just expect better when the fault lies completely at tikamoon door and we have done everything they asked and spent a long time doing it!

    High quality furniture. I ordered 2 metal garden chairs. Phoned customer service to delay delivery date and that was easily agreed. Delivery perfect: given a date and a 3-hr delivery window ahead of time. On the day the delivery driver warned they would arrive in next 45 mins. They did. Very polite and friendly delivery. Chairs very well packed to prevent damage.

    Excellent quality furniture at a reasonable price. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering an expensive furniture item without seeing it first but after a reassuring discussion over the phone with tikamoon I decided to go ahead.     The order took about two weeks to arrive which is over the 10 days estimated and they had to rearrange delivery once. Also once of the items (a mirror) isn’t that well made (reviewed separately) as didn’t have fittings on the bottom so isn’t secure when attached to the wall. My other item was beautiful (rattan lampshade) and as described.
