  This is our second purchase. We bought a teak garden table and this time we bought some teak garden armchairs. The furniture is really well made, website is true to life. Delivery was trouble-free and communications excellent. We would trust to buy from Tikamoon again.

  No, delivery was awful, they didn't acknowledge i was there, just pushed the boxes in, no hello, we've got your order, just spoke in their own language to each other, I felt really uncomfortable, they tried to leave without opening my boxes, which I had paid extra for, they seemed really annoyed that I had asked them to do it, banging all my furniture about

  I purchased a beautiful console table but when it arrived the wood was a completely different colour to the photo. It was a drastic difference. When I contacted them they offered for me to return the item in its original packaging which of course was impossible as it was full unpacked. Customer service were very unhelpful.

  Terrible quality, poor customer service. When you pay £1000 for a sideboard, with doors, you expect to be able to open and close the doors. You send a complaint and they agree that it is inferior quality, offer you pittance and a refund or say they will replace. You wait another 2 weeks for a replacement, for that to arrive with more dents and scratches and 2 out of the three doors faulty and unable to close. After an endless battle with email delays, you get offered an insulting refund that won’t cover the cost of you getting it reworked. They say just get all the hinges replaced, it will be ok then… Then the doors fall off completely and I send more pictures and I get a response saying they will offer a refund value of a lesser value than the previous offer, when the unit still has doors…, When asking how they can guarantee that the next replacement will be better, they informed me that the warehouse is in France and they can’t check any items prior to despatch… Needless to say, as advised by a local joiner the hinges used and the fasteners are not robust enough to carry the weight of a teak door and unless all are replaced the problem will keep happening.. So I pay £1000 for a sideboard and then have to fork out more to get it in working condition… Don’t bother buying from TIKAMOON if you want quality, they can’t guarantee it and you’ll end up disappointed by the furniture and the very poor customer service…

  But sharing feedback is not resolving the issue that I have a sideboard that has a door missing, that will cost me more to repair than you are willing to discount / refund back. Due to the specification of fasteners used, this will be an inherent problem with all the units, so will keep happening..

  The site is good but I feel there was lack of information specifically for this product. We were told that the products come assembled and that was one of the main reasons we ordered from Tikamoon. However, this particular product had a very heavy stone top which had to be put together. This was very inconvenient as it was quite heavy.

The unit comes assembled however the terrazzo top you purchased does come packaged separately as it is very fragile while on route and does need to be placed on top of the unit. I would like a replacement unit please. If it means securing a unit in acceptable condition I'm happy to pay you back the £45 that you refunded because of the gaps in the stain finish.   I love Tikamoons furniture and if it is in stocks, their delivery is very fast. The Garden furniture I bought is stunning, very elegant lines and beautiful. They delivered the items very quickly too. I have other furniture on order, which is being made to order in Lille. I placed my order on the 31st January and am still waiting, also due to UK customs issues but this furniture is also beautiful and well worth the wait.

  Communication not the greatest. I had to go online to check the status. When it got here, the tv stand is not great, tbh. It comes already assembled but the doors are not straight/parallel to each other, there is a slight asymmetry in them. But, one leg is shorter, it cannot be the floor cause our previous tv stand was not tilted so it’s definitely shorter, I had to put a piece of cardboard under luckily it’s against the wall so not super visible. Having said that, I should have complained about it but I’ve been so busy that didn’t have the time. Knowing this defects and the price I paid for it, I feel I didn’t get value for money at all. I could have bought something with similar defects but way cheaper at tkmaxx. So, not really happy I got convinced by all the instagram ads.

  I was initially drawn to this furniture because of its beautiful design and the promise of being a “lifetime piece.” While it does look great and feels sturdy at first, I’ve been a bit disappointed with the overall quality over time. Some wear and small issues have shown up sooner than expected, there is scuff/dent on top of the side board, scratches on the door when it arrives. The scuff is from the natural wood which cannot be made good, they really shouldn’t use it at such obvious area. For something marketed as a forever investment, I had hoped for better craftsmanship. Still, it’s a decent piece — just not quite living up to the lifetime claim.

Acacia wood is incredibly varied in its appearance so will look different piece to piece but we can confirm this is made from solid natural wood and finished with a natural oil to bring out the grain.   Lovely pieces, well designed and look good in the space. We purchased a large desk, headboard, outdoor chair and chest of drawers. Nicely made and such a treat to receive solid wood again - I am so over flat pack mdf furniture! Would definitely order again. The chest of drawers seems slightly clumsy on its runners but is very aesthetically pleasing. Otherwise all seems very solid.

  Good website to order Really poor website for return/replacement or managing issues Items arrived damaged. It s really slow to have an answer with customers service as only through email with no chat option or proper template with solution on the website. Really archaic system. Compensation is also not good. So you end up with huge box sitting at home for 3/4 weeks until you can get a replacement.

  This was our second time ordering from Tikamoon and we’ve had no issues. The quality of the products as well as the delivery guys was great. The box for the unit arrived with a few scuffs and holes, but the delivery had already taken photos and reported them back to his office. I then got a phone call from the delivery office confirming the photos had come through and they’re aware of the damaged packaging. The unit was completely I damaged as it was packaged really well, but it’s nice to see the care.

  The tv sideboard is a beautiful piece of furniture but unfortunately a part was broken on delivery. When we contacted tickamoon there was a refund offered and accepted so we are happy with the end result as you can’t see the broken part. There had been 2 delivery delays so we did end up waiting longer than expected and again on the 2nd delay we were offered a small refund. It was worth the wait in the end and if in the future we wanted more furniture I would have no hesitation to look on the website and order again.

  I was initially told 6 weeks delivery, it got to 6 weeks and I had heard nothing from the company so I had to email them. I then get a response saying my item is actually ready for dispatch and will be there in another week. After waiting 7 weeks the item did then have some scratches on the wood, however I did not want the hassle of having to arrange it to be collected and then waiting another 7 weeks for a replacement. For the price of the item this was disappointing.

  My experience of shopping with Tikamoon was excellent. Communication about the product succinct along with anticipated delivery details. I'm delighted with the product which is exactly as it looked on the website and the measurements were so exact, it fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend Tikamoon, however, I felt the delivery of the item could be improved. The item was pretty much dumped in my lounge and pushed into a corner. Considering I was going to have to unpack the product myself, which was of a size, I then had to drag it into the centre of the room to tackle all of the cardboard etc. There was no assistance on this. Other than that, I'm delighted with the product and Tikamoon were otherwise extremely professional.

  a well designed and built table. I would have liked the top panels and the legs to have been a wee bit thicker. If you want a table to last you ten years I'm sure that this one will do that. if you want it to last for twenty years as I do (I'm only in my 88th. year!) I'm not sure it will. The overall effect is that the table looks a bit spindly and I don't think that the manufacturer aspires to the standards of Rolls Royce where the ethos is to work out what thicknesses are needed and then add twenty five percent to be sure, My table had a faulty catch on the extension part, A replacement catch is supposedly on its way to me but until it arrives I cannot comment on the customer service and I have put in three stars so that I can continue.

  I was informed by email that the sideboard will be ready 6 weeks after and I get contacted by email on the delivery date which is the day I need to go for work. I got it changed to the next day very easily with SMS and confirmed. The delivery was on time.

  Terrible experience mainly to do with the delivery. Lost part of the delivery in the warehouse. Said they were delivering, then they are not, so many texts with inconsistent information. Second representative at Tikamoon was supposed to call me back, didn’t and quite frankly was not interested in helping. Waited in until 8pm.. delivery company blamed Tikamoon. Loved the table but would never order again from Tikamoon based on the delivery. Whole service was very unprofessional.

  The site is fine; well designed and easy to navigate or search. The only thing I don't like is that they list the same product as multiple different ones (e.g.. bedside table or child's stool), which is confusing and annoying when you are filtering and end up with more products than there really are. However this was a pre-order, the product wasn't in stock. Which I wasn't aware of when I placed the order, and only knew when I saw the 6 week delivery estimate in the confirmation email. They should make that clear in the first place.

  The furniture piece is great but the delivery experience was awful. They were supposed to deliver to my room of choice but refused to deliver to my upstairs room unless I accepted liability for damage in carpet and wall, which they tought was likely given dimensions of package. They had no protective equipment at all. I suggested to unpack given it was a shelf and easy to carry, was promptly denied because "not included in service". Eventually had to get help to get it upstairs and still had to pay £60 for this undelivered delivery.

  Really happy with the product. Look and feel exactly as expected. We ordered not long before Christmas and so I was not unduly surprised to be told it was not going to arrive at Christmas but it did arrive a few days later. We ordered two and one arrived damaged. Having read other reviews I knew what to expect from the returns process. It's clear that there is a mix of automated and human responses. So for example, as others have noted, we got what appears to be an automated first email. Depending on the damage you may elect to get a discount (if the damage is cosmetic and you can live with it you might opt for this) full refund or a replacement. We opted for replacement as these are bedside cabinets so we wanted a pair. The replacement arrived within the 7 days promised which was very fast. We were offered (automated) to take the damaged unit to a drop off point but due to its size and weight this was not practical so I asked for it to be picked up. It was, the next day. All human interaction was fast, efficient and courteous. The first delivery was by parcel force. The delivery of the replacement was through a private courier. This one was delivered upstairs to the bedroom. Of course parcel force would not have done that. All in all it's a great product and the customer service has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend.

  Absolutely stunning bathroom vanity - we loved it so much we have bought another one for our other bathroom! The stone top is a gorgeous dark grey/black that looks very expensive. My only criticism/suggestion is the unit could be improved even further with smooth runners for the drawers, they can be quite noisy if opened at nighttime, say. Customer service at Tikkamoon very helpful & friendly - phone was picked up very quickly so no waiting time & they were able to answer all my questions before purchase.

  We ordered 2 Teak Babeth display cabinets that were delivered in undamaged packaging. The quality of these cabinets was appalling with really significant damage to both of them, damage that had obviously occurred before the the cabinets had left the factory. Quality control was zero. indeed one of the cabinets did not even have all its glass windows fitted! We spent a huge amount of time unpacking, checking and then repacking for return. A total waste oof time.

  I’ve had a really bad experience. I’m really upset and exhausted by it. The furniture was so expensive and there was no acknowledgement of this when it arrived broken. It’s been an almighty faff to get it replaced. I paid for in packaging and now they say I have to package it to get it taken away. We’ve been so busy lately and thought we’d get something amazing and expensive and I’m gutted we’ve spent so much to have all the hassle we have.
