Not happy, the site accepted my order, delivery address and payment. Then a week later emailed to say there would be what I considered an obscene extra delivery charge, or they would cancel. I have g found alternate suppliers, more cooperative. This is Tikamoons loss, as I am presently developing a 3 floor accommodation hotel!

Answer by tikamoon.co.ukFlagThank you for your feedback. We would like to point out our Dispatch and Delivery information on our website clearly states we do not deliver to the Isle of Wight. Our shipping partner (BJS) can only deliver on the UK mainland. However, as part of our customer service, we did request a quote from them to deliver via a 3rd party, still giving you the option to receive the item. (Please note we have no influence over the applicable charges imposed by the 3rd party). In addition, you were also given the option to have your order delivered to an address on the mainland. We are very sorry for your disappointment and wish you great success with your current project..
Answer by Alexandra HFlagSo many more customer focused companies deliver here no problems. I have 7 shops with deliveries from all over the UK and Europe with zero issues. I have over 30 years,experience in the retail and logistics business. Your business could be better served if enlightened a little,rather than illogical policies. Meanwhile could you please confirm the date you processed my refund. Thankyou.

The bamboo towel ladder is lovely, light to move and looks great in our family bathroom. The site was easy to use and despite this covid19 the delivery was on specified date and time as promised.

Unfortunately when i received my order the unit was damaged. However in my opinion this was purely the fault of the delivery company as it seemed to be well packaged. I obviously needed to contact Customer Services and found everyone I dealt with be to extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. The issue was dealt with promptly and to my complete satisfaction and I would not hesitate to order from Tikamoon again

Despite having to return the first factory damaged unit, Tikamoon’s response and retrieval of the situation was excellent. They got straight on to me and offered either money back or replacement. No quibbles. Having received a perfect unit, I am delighted with the product and delivery of such. Would be happy to recommend this Company.
