  There is a really good selection of items on the website. All very beautiful things and look very good quality. My only observation would be that Tikamoon kindly sent an email offering 20% off my next purchase however the expiry date of this was very short and after spending £700 on one item already I was not ready to purchase again within such a short timeframe. I think this should be extended for a longer period as I very much want to purchase something else now but really would like a little incentive.

  I am absolutely delighted with the beautiful wall hung console I bought from Tika Moon. The quality of the wood is really lovely and it looks fantastic. It was such a good price. Tika moon honoured a discount that I could get sorted on line but immediately and very politely dealt with it via customer service. I was very impressed how the managed customer contact.

  Even during the coronavirus lockdown. Tikamoons customer service was fantastic. I placed my order, received notification. I few days later I received a call to arrange delivery. I was sent text messages updating me my order had been despatched. It was a heavy two man delivery. They placed the box in our hallway (we had to move to the other end of the hall keeping them safe.) Opened it was well packaged to avoid breakage in transit. The mirror itself is stunning heavy and sturdy oak. Just need to get it on the wall :-)

  web site easy to navigate and ordering was easy especially as i paid less due to a flash sale ( I had been debating about buying the cabinet so waited a week to reflect - glad i did :)). The 2 man delivery contacted me to let me know when they would get to my address which was nice. Cabinet was boxed up well and I found no damage on opening.

  Tikkamoon have exceptional customer service, I'd say second to none. Whilst the product didn't meet all my expectations, I did decide to keep it, after customer services provided such good support. They answered my questions quickly, a key ingredient in this current digital market, and they kept me informed when delivery would occur. So, yes, I do recommend Tikkamoon as a trusted retailer that is wanting to please its customers.

  Given all that is going on with COVID, the process has been seamless. Yes the delivery guys would only deliver into the hallway but actually that worked really well. With me working in an intensive care unit I fully appreciate them not wanting to put my family at risk from them nor put themselves at risk from us. Brilliant all round. Thank you.

  Id not used tikamoon before, but seen a number of adverts across social media and thought id give them a try as the website looked great. Site was easy to navigate, id been browsing for a while for a 2m long TV stand and also side tables. I like furniture to be timeless and great quality to last. I also don't want to be looking for hours, the choices on the site were all great, a range of products but not too many that I can't make a decision. Couldn't be happier with my purchases or the delivery. I was kept up to date by email as my order was processed, went out to ship and then given a time for delivery which was all within my exception. The delivery guys were great carrying the items into the house and mindful of my walls and door frames etc. Really great company!

  I looked everywhere for a concrete sink and came across this one, it was a little more expensive than I wanted to pay but ordered due to the reviews. I found the website really easy to navigate and place the order. Delivery was as stated, the sink was so well packed and delivered on time .

  Everything was easy to order. Only downside was the order could take up to 4 months for delivery. Didn’t wait that long as it turned out.

  I am only given 4 stars because deliver people were not polite at all. Asked them to come through the back door ( because of this Coronavirus situation) and they didn’t like and said it was impossible, in the end was myself and my husband carrying all the furniture inside. Furniture quality is amazing, couldn’t be better!!! Highly recommend!
