  Order procedure and delivery team very good. I had to contact customer service as my tv media unit didn't have the cable holes cut out on the back of the unit which were advertised. *** was very efficient and arranged a £*** credit for me to arrange someone to come in and do. All your shipment had been delivered with this problem. \n\nI am thinking of purchasing a few more items of furniture as I like the design. Due to the inconvenience are you prepared to wave delivery charge ? \n\nI would recommend your range of products to friends

  The item of furniture wad as described and well made. We has query once the item was delivered and this was answered quickly and was very helpful.\nHow could you improve the service? The item came in two parts. Both parts were very heavy and I would have been willing to pay a little extra if the delivery people could have unpacked it and put the upper piece on the lower piece. Just a suggestion.

  Very nice quality, solid teak and natural stone bathroom furniture. Creates a unique look which everyone praises. Natural stone sink is small but works surprisingly well because of its depth and smooth inside finish. Doesn’t splash and plenty of room for hands and cleaning teeth if positioned with care. Arrived on schedule and as described. I’m very satisfied and would buy again.

  We love the headboard that we ordered from tikamoon. I found the website had lots of good choices and was easy to use. The only room for improvement would be the speed at which the order came, I think it took around three weeks, whereas other websites/companies can deliver quicker. But overall everything was great.

  We were satisfied by the website and ease of ordering. Also the communication process of dispatch and arrival was good. The bookcase is lovely but were disappointed that it was reduced by £*** a week later! We havent put it on the wall yet as there are no instructions or fittings so we are waiting for my son to visit to help us with it.

  Very happy with the product. The colour particularly when oiled is somewhat different from that on your website which you may wish to look at. I expect most would want to replace the rope handles with their own choice. The hole size made this bit difficult and I had to fill and then drill to fit more traditional handles. The drawers were also quite thick meaning again that standard handles were too short. But these points are details.

  *** Ordering was very easy and the piece arrived in good time. The only niggle I have is that the delivery guys wouldn’t unpack it and take away the packaging for recycling. That was a bit annoying. It would be nice to have that as an option.

  We were very disappointed when our order arrived damaged. The basin was packed totally insufficiently and I am surprised there was not more damage. We were also disappointed to hear that a replacement basin will take 4 MONTHS !!! We have been in contact with Tikamoon and we are using the damaged sink until our replacement arrives. I do hope that the replacement basin is packaged in a more appropriate manner and survives the journey to us.

Once these have sold out, there is a 4 month lead time until new products are manufactured and shipped to our warehouse.   Very easy to use site, very helpful lady that I spoke to regarding slightly delaying my delivery due to building works who was able to accommodate my request. The items arrived exactly as promised, courier firm used also excellent as received an email to confirm date then a call on the day confirming time. Two man delivery team who carried items into the house. Can't fault them.\nAnd the two bathroom vanities I ordered are absolutely gorgeous, totally in love with them! Beautiful quality and so well made. I will be back for other items. No hesitation in recommending. Thank you.

  everything else was fine but the dimensions of the product - JA708 - Milano Teak TV Stand 95 - on the website were confusing, Height, Width and Depth for the overall size was fine but the drawers were described using different terms? therefore it felt a bit of a risk as to wether the drawers were suitable for use until the item arrived and was unpacked.

My only complaint was that I couldn't complete my transaction and payment online and had to do this by phone.Tikamoon was aware of this and emailed...nevertheless it was a bit worrying when credit card details were submitted but nothing seemed to process. Otherwise- I am very happy with my purchase and the service and will buy again!

  This is the second item I have bought from Tikamoon -a teak chest of drawers when I lived in France,and a natural teak sideboard here in Scotland I am really happy with both. Second floor delivery on time and good. I am happy to recommend the company.

  The table I ordered was really good quality, however the delivery was less than satisfactory, I did not get a phone call to say when it was to be delivered as promised, which meant it went to my local post office and I had to pick it up from there, I am a 70 yr old woman and had to carry it to my car and from my car to my house. I did email to complain but heard nothing back.

  Ordered two product, one was pior product quality and the other one arrived damaged. Probably the courrier s fault but they should hire a better quality courrier company.\n\nClient service was very good and replaced/reimbursed the product without any problem.

  Plus points:-\n- good designs and choice\n- well priced\n- easy online viewing and purchasing\n- excellent customer service\n- excellent delivery notification\n- punctual and pleasant delivery team\nMinus point:-\n- item of furniture very very very dusty (thick covering of fine wood dust from finish/sanding). Great deal of time spent on wiping off. \nShould be mentioned, especially if you recommend varnishing the item to protect.\nIs a five star item and five star customer service but lost a star for the finish on the item's condition.

  Item was 'in stock' but we didn't realise this was in France warehouse. Bit of a silent period after placing order - around 5 or 6 days. Then plenty of communication on delivery dates and good comms from the delivery company on the date and time of delivery.

  Purchased a console table, very happy with the quality and look of the product. Arrived extremely well packaged one of the bolts was tricky to tighten due to the location but apart from that excellent.

  Pleasant customer service but shocking quality of products. I twice tried to order a simple bathroom cabinet, which consists of only two pieces yet cost £***, and on both occasions the product was faulty. Either the mirror didn't attach properly or the cabinet simply wasn't even glued together. Based on this experience I would find it impossible to recommend Tikamoon to anyone.
