The experience with Trekinn has been terrible. They delivered a package that was completely empty (with no damage i.e. not the fault of the postman). I have not received the product I ordered and have been reaching out providing evidence of this multiple times but Trekinn still have not solved this. Now I've lost money and time, I'd recommend to avoid this company at all costs.

Having read mixed reviews regarding Trekkinn I was a little apprehensive about ordering, however since the Fjällräven hiking trousers I wanted were approximately 30% cheaper than those offered by competitors, I decided to take the risk and order online. I was genuinely delighted by the prompt service and tracking Trekkinn provided. The package arrived within days and I was very happy with the quality of the product. I had absolutely no issues with trekking. My item arrived from Spain to the UK in 4 days which was brilliant. The only downside was I didn't receive a email confirmation when I paid so I had no idea if it was paid for until it arrived

Ordered a new trail running vest for my wife which was easy enough and seemed like it was a decent price. My only negative would be the lack of delivery information. I received an email saying it was in transit and that it had arrived in the UK but there was no information on how to locate where it actually was. Thankfully I was in the day the postman delivered it unexpectedly. Overall though I wouldn't be massively put off by this and would likely order from here again.

Sent the wrong size product. Poor customer service team, tried automated chat, WhatsApp and returns portal but no one will get in touch to send a replacement, automated chat said I will have to reorder (paying for delivery again, despite them sending me the wrong product). Couldn’t believe some of the price for boots I was reviewing. Ended up getting two pairs for the same price I was to pay for one. There are a number of bad reviewing on here, but I checked my sizes first and width is important and within a week I had my two pairs delivered without a problem.

I was a bit dubious after ordering a pair of fahl raven walking trouser for ~ £158 GBP and then realising they were being sent from Spain. I needn't have worried, they took a week or so, but the tracking information was more or less daily emailed and they arrived in perfect condition as ordered. I was also pleased that the European fahl raven sizing of 48, corresponded to UK 32 inch waste. The short fahl raven sizing corresponded to 30 inch inside leg measurement and these trousers were a perfect fit. This has given me confidence to order more from TrekkInn in the future. Many thanks.

Answer by James FFlagI do have one concern after wearing them, they pinch and am sure they are a size 7 and not an 8. As i have worn them out walking, can no longer send them back, which is a shame because they cost a lot of money.
