  I paid extra for express delivery but got the standard delivery service - my order wasn't dispatched for 2 days, then sat in the parcel centre in Spain for 2 days, then took 2 days to arrive in the UK before going out for delivery a full week after I placed the order. Have contacted them about it but no reply. Price of goods is cheap but delivery very expensive.

  Very warm boots, I'm happy with that since it's snowing now and I get cold feet easily. I do find the area around the ankle a bit too wide, even after trying to tighten it with the laces (I can't tie it too tight, otherwise the zipper won't close) . Because of this, the top part of the boots sink in a bit and it doesn't look nice and straight anymore and the sturdy bit on the heel fold a bit to the inside within a bit uncomfortable. But besides that, I'm still very happy with it.
