  I have not received my order you have taken money out of my account. I placed order the next day I got email saying my order is on the way but everytime I tracked it delivery company are saying they waiting for the order from supplier And it’s been saying for 6- 7 days now... one of the products I ordered was in stock but then they emailed saying they don’t have it...I will never shop from here again

  Ordered a Hugo boss nappy bag set and arrived incomplete. If anything looks used or returned by someone else. I asked for another to be sent out but in a different colour but they say they can only send out the same colour? I don’t understand why they wouldn’t be able to send out a different colour, esp as they have inconvenienced me so much already.

  I have been unable to process my return on their website, for some reason it will not pull up my order to return and won't let me manually type them in.   The quality is good but I was not impressed with the customer service. I had a first order code for 20 % off. I realised that it had not been applied and after I had placed the order. They did not honour it and as such I didn't get 20 % off. It was quite a large order and would have been a significant discount. I am still annoyed as I entered the code at the checkout. I wonder if it is a scam and they don't offer discounts at all!.
