  Misleading advertising for the length of time delivery takes. Poor delayed response when trying to contact the company to chase up an order. Expensive for shipment. If the service was prompt as initially advertised on the website it may have been worth the charge.

  I received my parcel with the wrong item in it. Has to go through a refund service myself, pay for the return slip that went into the package. And they made me pay for the item again before I got the refund. Very unhappy with my service. I will not buy from here again in case this happens again

  I am very disappointed I ordered a hugo boss track suit for my son I stead I rcd a timberland jacket which I managed to return. I called customer services I lady spoke to.me in french when I said can we talk in Eglush she pretended not to able to hear me and disconnected. I have been trying to all ever since spent loads of money on calling france and still no responce. Would bcer order from hear again. Discussed with the customer services, I am going to make a complaint to Hugoboss as they said 'Kids Around' are their official kids clothes sales dealers.

  I wanted to put a review on Kidsaround as after I placed my first order, I went to check the reviews and found there were several bad ones on TrustPilot.. I panicked as I had ordered several items for Christmas and spent quite a lot of money. However, as some of the more positive reviews said I shouldn't have worried. My order arrived within a week, delivered by DPD, which was excellent considering it was from France. My items are great and excellent quality as again I was worried they could be fake. Please do not hesitate to order and use Kidsaround. I cannot comment on Customer Service as I had no returns although when I did email regarding delivery they did advise it would take 5-6 working days which it did. I will definitely shop with them again and highly recommend to friends and family.

  Ordered a gorgeous coat for my 9 year old, a little sceptical as it wasn’t cheap & I had never heard of the site before. However the coat has arrived in good time, it’s so warm and puffy and gorgeous - as described! So happy with this purchase, I went a size up and it fit perfect for a loose cosy puffa ready for the cold months. My son looks really expensive & well kept when wearing this jacket.   Still haven’t revived my order tried contacting customer service on Facebook they don’t reply for 3 days when they did they sent me my own number saying was customer service ridiculous really then when I finally got a number they didn’t speck a word off English so have had to pay for an interpreter as order is worth a few hundred and when translated they had no recollection off our orders and said the tracking number was for somebody called James from last October don’t know what to do about this would highly recommend NOT ORDERING from here unless you have the time to be messed around taking matters to the legal team will be going to trading standards about this I don’t normally like leaving bad reviews but I would hate for somebody to have to go through this many thanks Cal P

  Ordered an expensive coat, added a hat to go with the coat. Money was taken, only for the coat to be out of stock, tried to cancel the hat also to avoid paying full postage for such a small item. Was told this wasn’t possible. Very frustrating.

  Hi, the ordered I received was to big for what I needed. I’ve tried getting in touch with the company for a returns address so I can send back my order so that I can re order the right size.   I placed an order for the joggers and jacket to wear as a tracksuit. I then received an email to say the jacket had been shipped but the joggers are out of stock. I would of liked the choice if I wanted to still purchase the jacket without the trouser which I wouldn’t of due to it being a set! I then received my tracking email which had my address on but it didn’t actual have the apartment number, I was worried it would be took to the wrong apartment so I requested to collect from a pick up shop. I then received an email a few days later to say the package had been sent back to the sender as they don’t allow it to be left at a pick up shop. The choice shouldn’t of been on the tracking to select if it’s not allowed. I’m now awaiting the package to reach the sender in France from the UK, I don’t know how long this is going to take to receive my refund. I’ve tried to contact the company and had no correspondence from them as of yet. It’s now been 10 days since I ordered and I’m worrying about receiving my refund

  Awful service needed to return my items and no reply from five emails I sent. I also tryed ringing but it’s in France so cost a fortune and not in English very frustrating I didn’t know the address to return my order due to paper invoice being in french language and no return label will not use this service ever again and the clothing sizing was very small not in uk fittings now I’m stuck with an outfit over £75 pounds which is too small for my daughter I’m now out of pocket due to this awful service not replying do not use this service
