  Disappointing. They had the exact products that I wanted, I ordered them well in advance of the child’s birthday and then the items never arrived. I emailed the help desk as I couldn’t get in touch with FedEx and no one seems to be helping me get a resolution. I am very disappointed.

  First time I have used this company. Excellent communication and very speedy order processing to despatch. Only slight hiccup was item was delayed at local depot for an extra day, but not a problem as we are in a pandemic. Upon delivery I was extremely pleased with the sweatshirt. Will have a very happy teenager Christmas Day. Thank you

  Terrible service, firstly I received the swimming costume with the security alarm on, when contacting the customer service on how to resolve this, I was told to visit the stores. Well if I had the time to go shopping in the store then I would not have shopped online. Then I needed to exchange some shoes because they did not fit and I can only do that via online return. So now I have to spend 1 day going to the store and another day sitting at home waiting for the collection. I mean what a terrible shopping experience

  On receiving my products the packaging of the products was poor. The clothes looked as if they were thrown in the box , the tissue looked as if it had been used before . I bought new tissue paper for wrapping and ironed the clothes to make presentable .

  The shirt I ordered was good value , however it as an absolute nightmare collecting the item from the ‘collection point’ . The item was shipped by Fed Ex who seem to sub contract to Collect+. The email advising that the item was ready for collection did not contain a bar code for scanning and the shop where the item was delivered to would not release the item without a bar code. Fed Ex would not accept responsibility and referred me back to Collect+ . Collect + referred me back to Fed Ex etc etc. Complete nightmare - it took 3 days to get the item released . Avoid at all cost

  My baby changing bag is missing the baby changing mat. I have tried calling and i’m being told it’s the wrong number although I am calling the number on the website. I have also filled out a contact us form over 3 days ago and had no response. Bad experience and bad customer service. This designer bag was over £100 and I do not expect this kind of thing to happen.

  I bought a timberland coat for my son as it was really good value and a beautiful looking coat. It was due to arrive after 5 days but there was a technical issue and this delayed my delivery by a few weeks but luckily I didn't need the coat right away so this didn't bother me. I will definitely order again from here.
