    My order has never come and I have contact by email twice now and no reply and I call the contact number where no one answers the phone. I am now having to open an investigation with my bank as I ordered the items on 19th July and it is the 8th august I have never received the items there is no updated tracking on Dhl and I am receiving no correspondence from your company

    Im trying to contact the Kidsaround costumer service for 4 days but without success. It’s been impossible to get help. The line voice machine always saying that the line is closed but Woking from 9am to 5pm what is a big lie. The worst service ever. Until now I didn’t receive my parcel and I just don’t know how to do.

    If I could give no stars I would. Delivery was suppose to be on a Thursday, came a week late and kids around had no idea where it was as fedex delivery never got back to them. Kept asking me to call everyday. Would not recommend and wouldn’t purchase again from this website.
