  I called customer service in France a few times to ask about order, and was told he did not speak English, lied but spoke perfectly well in English. Told me it was not England to receive items fast, I had to wait. Will not buy ever again and do not recommend. Poor service and poor delivery service!

  Anyone contemplating whether to use this site or not, honestly do not read the bad reviews! Use this site!!! I’m sooooo happy I did!! This was the first time I ordered from this site and I was honestly very hesitant in placing an order as Iv never heard of this site before and also after reading reviews but I’m so glad I placed an order. I’m very impressed with the service and the products! I order 2 boss rompers, they got dispatched the following day and arrived within 2 days. Received them today and I’m sooooo pleased!!! Very fast and easy service, the quality of the clothes are great too! I will 100% be ordering from here again!

  Looks fake and poor quality. Slightly embarrassed to give these baby sliders to a family member. Looks like BOSS has been stuck on the front and no where does it say anything else. Label is in Chinese. Looks like I paid a fiver on the market!!

  Ordered 29th April as a present for my niece whose birthday is today 8th May & i have still not received the goods. I had to ring kidsaround last week as not delivery date had been given. Received an email advising it was out for delivery but now DHL are advising to contact kidsaround again as they have not got the goods to ship (even though i have been given a dhl ref. I am not happy at all with the service & as the customer service team is not open until tomorrow i cannot even speak yo anyone to complain. I now have to explain to my niece why she has no oresent(s) on her birthday. This is the first & last time i will be using them.

  Awful company. Called three times for returns label and each time they say they have sent it and have not. Even changed email and again fob off. Still have the item, I will now contact consumer services Don’t use this company!!

  Ordering was very simple and quick but was disappointing in that was told the driver was delivering on the Thursday morning . Was in all morning and no delivery but I got a txt msg saying the delivery driver had been and no one was in and had left me a note. The delivery driver did not come and there was no note either. I checked my cctv and no one had been. This wasvery disappointing.I also checked with my neighbours and no card.. But the customer service I got was excellent and it was not them but DHL I received the parcel the next day .
