Verified reviewThe whole experience was unsatisfactory. The ordering process was not straightforward. Importing from Italy to the UK is not easy and takes a long time. The delivery costs and customs duties were very high and not made clear at time of ordering. When the lamp eventually arrived it was not accompanied by any instructions or technical information about the lamp.

It is true that the order fulfillment time turned out to be longer than normal due to a delay from the manufacturer as we explained to you, however, it has nothing to do with the export procedures, which in fact did not encounter any issues. As for export costs, they are clearly stated on the website and included in the total to be paid before the customer can confirm and pay for the order. What the customer pays on our dedicated UK website page is final and there are no additional charges. The technical information of the lamp is shown on our website. If you need further information, we are always available to receive your request and provide you with all the necessary answers. Where necessary, we can also contact the manufacturer itself to find additional information not in our possession. Regarding installation, these are items that must be entrusted to the installation of an experienced electrician. However, the above also applies here, and we will be happy to send you everything you need. We look forward to hearing from you to clarify any doubts. Best Regards,

Verified reviewWe ordered a table, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. The seller was quite obstructive and did not want to replace the product until I threatened to get my credit card provider involved. Very poor experience, I will not use them again.

Hello, Dear Mr. Kosolowski, we are surprised and sorry to receive this feedback. When we ship an order, we always send an email to the consignee with a list of specific instrucions to follow in the unfortunate case of issues with the delivered goods (damages, defects or anomalies of any kind). The main points being: do not throw the packaging away; do not assemble the goods; report the problem to Viadurini within 2 days from the delivery date. When these simple rules following common sense are duly respected, the procedure to receive a free replaclement is immediately implemented. You have reported the chip on the table top after having assembled it. Due to understandable reasons, the insurance has been invalidated and neither the manufacturer, nor the transport company has accepted the claim. The tabletop has been finally shipped to you totally for free, not because you threatend us to involve the credit card provider, in that we would have been on the right side. We simply regretted the fact that the courier that we had chosen for the shipment of your order did not behave professionally and we also recognized your good faith in assemblying the table, so we decided not to ask you to share any costs and to keep all of them on us. Considering the circumstances and the above, we would have rather expected a positive review. Kind regards

Well, many words but the fact is you delivered a damaged product and then I had to argue with you to get the damaged part replaced. Your argumentative response to my feedback just confirms how disappointing your service is. Btw, I reported damage promptly, provided you with videos of badly damaged deliveries and the damaged part straight after I unpacked. Frankly, you’re just wasting my time by arguing simple facts and trying to put blame for damage on me assembling the table. You don’t even realise that the table top is just rested on frame not actually fixed. If this feedback is not accepted it’s just further waste of my time

Verified reviewEverything was 5* until a muddle was made with the payment of FedEx who were entrusted by Viadurini with the shipping. Viadurini omitted to pay them in full and so we were charged £158 before delivery could take place. We did that immediately and it took Viadurini 2 weeks to reimburse us. When they did so the amount was short by £4. Not a big deal but annoying and the difference between 5* and 4*.
