Verified reviewGot a message to say my payment transaction could not be completed and to contact VP by 'phone. After 2 mins my phone bleeped to tell me the transaction had gone thru on my credit card. Most confusing and time wasting.

Verified reviewTried to book one of your offers but encountered difficulties on the payment. I filled in all the relevant details but when it came to confirming it returned to the beginning. After 4 attempts ( using different credit cards on a couple) I phoned the hotel direct and discovered payment had been accepted. When I had tried to contact yourselves I received a message saying someone would be in touch . Not very helpful
