I had a problem with the website while paying for the booking, when I immediately logged back in Ihad to pay for a more expensive room as the other one was no longer available!!! Very annoying but at least I got it booked!!

Not flexible enough. I needed to book two rooms for 1 person per room. No way of doing it. Not providing an easily accessed telephone number could be improved. Not allowing a representative to be called back is poor customer service.
