  Like the added extras to the booking. Separating the flights and hotel. Also the travel protection. Usually check with he app before I book anywhere now. Only problem I had this time was the long time it took for the confirmation it became quite stressful after a point but eventually came through.

  It all went extremely well apart from me trying to book with an Australian debit card which meant I needed a security code but it went to my Australian phone card and not my British one so trying to pay for my experience was a hassle. I had to ask a friend to pay it for me and then reimburse her. I am going to try and do another booking in the next couple of days and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that things might be a bit easier.

  Would have to pay cancellation charges because chargeable parking at hotel wasn't clear on website....noticed seconds after booking but would still be charged cancellation fees even though wanted to transfer holiday....not very impressed. Not a good start to birthday celebration.

  I booked the staycation hotel looks great. I used a voucher sent me and the payment didn’t make clear it was used and accepted, which is a bit of a negative. It would be nice to be clear on your payments.

  Got a message to say my payment transaction could not be completed and to contact VP by 'phone. After 2 mins my phone bleeped to tell me the transaction had gone thru on my credit card. Most confusing and time wasting.

  Tried to book one of your offers but encountered difficulties on the payment. I filled in all the relevant details but when it came to confirming it returned to the beginning. After 4 attempts ( using different credit cards on a couple) I phoned the hotel direct and discovered payment had been accepted. When I had tried to contact yourselves I received a message saying someone would be in touch . Not very helpful

  Please note that I have a Blue Badge and can manage steps with the aid of my sticks. However I am unable to carry anything but my husband will do this for me. I would appreciate a Parking space near the Hotel door. I was unable to add this information on my booking. Thank you.

  After submitting my payment details I was told that there was a problem and I was advised to ring or email. I did neither but five minutes later I received an email confirming the booking. All a bit confusing!!

Flexibility in booking allows traveller to customise the holiday to their specific needs, (a real plus). Easy payment process Confirmatory paperwork - booking details, invoices, cancellation policy information, terms and conditions all arrived within seconds. Stress free and smooth booking process. Past experience has demonstrated to me that from start to finish customer service is excellent and more importantly, should the client have any queries, the level of service continues even after payment has been taken. I’ve booked many holidays with Voyages Privé over recent years and will be returning. Keep up the good work.

  I had to cancel my trip in December due to Covid and paid for cancellation insurance. It’s taken me 6 months, 100s of calls, wrong numbers given, back and forth between Voyage Prive and the Insurers, multiple customer service people where no one helped me, to finally get my refund (still pending) I will never recommend or book with you again
