  I can't wait for our holiday next month. It looks like a fantastic venue in a super location in Cornwall – at a brilliant price! We've holidayed with Voyage Prive before – a luxury stay in Portugal which was outstanding value for money.

  The prices for deals in the UK are inaccurate and misleading in regards to how much of a saving you are getting. Often after checking on the hotels website it’s clear that there is minimal benefit from booking through voyage prive as the difference in price is negligible, if there is one at all, and the prices for rooms quoted on Voyage Prive are a misrepresentation of what the hotel themselves charge for the same room!! This used to not be the case but recent experience has put me off using Voyage Prive for a staycation again in the future.

  I have used Voage Privé for a number of years and have always been happy with the communication, booking and the hotels. The reason I have given four stars rather than five on a couple of questions is the uk choices. Not everyone want to go abroad at the moment so would have expected slightly more uk choice.

  I have booked most of my holidays since 2015 with Voyage Prive and up until this week would have rated it five star. I love looking at all the fabulous holiday on offer. With my husband we have had some fantastic adventures and also family holidays with our 4 children (now grown up but still keen to come on holiday with us especially if mum and dad are paying!!). This week I have been caught out with the flex cancellation statement - do not believe that you can cancel "before departure date" and just pay an admin fee without reading all the small print.

  You may find that when you turn up to the hotel you have not been booked in and the hotel know nothing about you. Neither Voyage Prive or the hotel except responsibility for the error.

  Found VP to be difficult in discussing holiday cancellation due to last minute Covid related changes introduced by government. Our choices were: a) Go on holiday and risk having to leave an 87 year old dependent home alone over Christmas. b) Don’t go on holiday and lose full payment as our flex cover had an 8 day deadline to cancel. On the 8th day we were still going on holiday as there were no restrictions that would have put our hioliday in doubt. However, 3 days later, the government introduced additional restrictions that put our retiurn date in doubt, and meant that the wellbeing of our elderly relative would not be guaranteed leading up to and over Christmas.

  I have booked two trips with you One to st moritiz Switzerland on arrival they could not find our booking !! One current one to be taken in may to the Grand Prix in Barcelona ticket and hotel no flight as I will already be there Havant yet recieved any info on which hotel I will be staying and unindated with emails for flight details even though I have phoned twice to say I will not be flying and only booked ticket and hotel Rediculous so prob won’t use you again

  The website is very easy to use The hotel offering which we chose was excellent - first class staff, food and the room although not large was very comfortable and warm. It was a pity the weather was less inviting. I would have no difficulty in using this website again.

  A dedicated and responsive query service is needed that is easy to use when considering a booking. The flights need to be more open about extra costs of baggage. Whilst low cost and short trip airlines have a bare price without baggage, you would expect long haul large planes to I crude baggage prici g.

  We have nothing but praise for this company. It is great value for money and we have benefitted hugely. They may be still expensive holidays but the rooms are always upgraded from basic and the staff in the hotels and restaurants have always treated us with respect and fairness even though we are on "a deal".

  The only thing I can pick up on is that the single occupancy is often near the 2 person price. I know that you source from other companies and probably have little control over this. But I look elsewhere to get my best holiday. I can honestly say that I recommend you all the time as going the extra mile to make a holiday magical and would definitely say you are my go to site for holidays.
