  Rather disappointed with their user interface and customer relations service. When opening an account with them, they offered a 10% one-time discount. However, AFTER creating my account, when I tried to make an order, I found that this discount was only applicable to my SECOND order, and with conditions: 1. Only applicable if the second order was made within 7 days of opening the account (so, 7 days or less after the first order). I regard this condition as abusive. 2. Only applicable to orders of at least 85€. 3. Not applicable to special offers or collectors items. It also turned out that it is not applicable to "Private sales", although this wasn't mentioned until I contacted Customer Service. 4. For some reason, all orders for Whiskey or Rum were classed as private sales, so no discount. This seems to have been an error on their website that has now been fixed, so eventually, I was able to use my discount. 5. As might be expected, their Chatbot couldn't solve my problem, although it did work in English. However, when I got my problem passed on the their human support agent, I got a reply in French. I am fortunate, because I can handle French. Many people cannot.

  Really quick dispatch from France to uk, they dealt with all the vat at their end as well making things very easy and stress free. Well packed and some great bargains in the private selection sale. If you are concerned with ordering from these guys from the uk, then don’t be. They also have a really friendly helpful customer services if there are any issues. Highly recommend.

  Using Whiskey.fr is the best way to send friends and family gifts in France. Easy website to use with such a great selection of different spirits not just whiskey it's easy to find something special. The Chrono delivery is excellent and same as DPD in the UK with regular emails on the parcel.
