Verified reviewThe process before delivery was slow and with very little information given. The delivery itself was a joke. I received the day before a message that the parcel would be delivered between 7 am and 1 pm. Then during the day I suddenly received a message that the parcel would be delivered between 4 pm and 7 pm. No excuses, no explanation. Just before 7 pm (after having to stay at home a whole day because of incoherent messages) it was delivered, but I was unaware: no warning was sent. It was left with the gardien. That is good. But no warning, that it was there? Weird, to say the least. In short: terrible delivery. Not enthusiastic to use these guys again.

Verified reviewThe bottles were very poorly packaged, I received a shipment from you with damaged boxes on all the bottles. For a drinker this is ok, but for a collector this is an unsatisfactory quality product.
