  Hi ,well I ordered what I thought was bolts (A2 windscreen bolts) and after waiting for over a week longer than they should have been I was sent a c clip which wasn't what I wanted at all ,contacted you guys and was told to go back the website and return the package ,just hassle, won't be ordering though these again !!

  French site masquerading as U.K. bmw sales. At point of payment, the web page clearly states “in vat”! Then the courier emails me demanding 20% vat plus their admin charge of another £20!!   I ordered from the Motor Rad website and typed in my UK address. It did not divert me to a UK website nor did it mention customs fees. I ended up paying another 25% of the order price to have it delivered to me. I emailed BMW and they have ignored me, I chased it and they still ignore me - it has been over a week. I would not use this site again unless they either a) divert UK orders to a UK website or b) pay the customs fees. Nippy Normans need not fear these sheisters.

  The worst service ever by BMW which is not expected from such a legendary brand. I ordered these parts on 2nd March & while ordering the delivery timeline was 3-5 days. It took more than 20 days to deliver this order. I have sent multiple emails & few phone calls but the customer care are totally useless. Additionally there is no reply on the number of emails sent. Next time onwards i will never order from EURO BMW. Also i had to pay for taxes & custom duties which was not mentioned anywhere while purchasing online. Additionally the customer care was even not helping in canceling my order.

  3 weeks on from ordering and paying for auxiliary headlight set, I still haven’t received it, although I’ve had notification that it will be delivered today. VAT was deducted from my order, so the item was held up by UK Cudtoms and an additional handling charge of £14 added to the VAT charge. So, my experience not good and I cannot recommend this company to anyone in the UK.

  The order arrived with considerable delay, had to request feedback good few times, the issue was with the stock not being dispatched from BMW I was told so at the end we had to cancel the item causing the delay and money was refunded imidietly, the issue I had was lack of communication updates from the vendor side I think customer service lack a bit of TLC. The items arrived as advertised, the main issue really was the delay of getting the order, could improve on that for sure. Would think again to order from the site.

  Hello, I order my helmet and within 5 days it was delivered!!!! To be honest I was surprised from the fast deliver and it was a good gift as I was departing for a weekend with my bike. I used the helmet and it was more than what I was expected.

  It is unfortunate that these crash bars are not supplied with the bolts and that your website makes no mention of this. For other products, like panniers, your website suggests the support brackets for example. It therefore seems mad that you don’t even stock the four bolts required to fit these crash bars. That just seems stupid. Otherwise great product and great service, all the supply chain parts of your company are working well.
