  I specifically asked about outside the EU charges, and was told there were none. This is incorrect and I was asked to pay an additional approx £60 to receive my delivery. Since then I have followed up twice on my refund, and never received a suitable response. I am still unaware where my returned parcel is, and when I will get a refund.

  I purchased a BMW Communication System which had a defective battery. They were able to replace the battery which presented some issues since DHL would not let me ship the original back to Europe-Moto.

  The tail light/turn signals arrived fast and were in perfect shape but they are not/not compatible with the U.S. version of the S1000rr. Only one will light up and an error message appears on the TFT. No matter which side I plug into, the error persists and only one will power up.

  I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I placed my order on bmw euro uk 🇬🇧 thinking I was ordering from a UK company. No such luck the website is using the Union Jack and is actually based in France. They proceeded to list me as the importer of the good and I had no knowledge of this. The communication to keep me upto date was none existent. The first I knew that this company isn’t in the uk was when DHL phoned me up and gave me an import duty bill I used the company’s online chat and was greeted with yer what ever. DHL have returned the items. I have never received the good and I’m still awaiting a full refund avoid at all costs

  I saw a Transcontinental rear rack being fitted to an R1800B on YouTube so I thought maybe one will fit my R1800 Classic. After searching the Web the only parts supplier I could find that advertised this part in stock was BMW Europe Moto. From ordering the rack to delivery took just over 1 week to arrive. Excellent service. The product quality was pretty amazing for the money. Did it fit? Yes, after a few hours spent making adaptor plates my R1800 Classic now sports a Givi 47NNT topbox.

  Set up easy and quality good. Unfortunately to detach from helmet requires detaching the 3 wire connectors to ear piece (x2) and mic buried in the helmet. So you have to leave on helmet as its too much hassle to remove. So need to take helmet with you. Sena can detach in seconds as it has integrated pins on mount to disconnect.

  I was very surprised how quickly the tank protection pad was delivered. I ordered whilst overseas and have not yet physically seen the item however, from a photo of the package, it looks to have been delivered reasonably flat and without any issues that I have heard other customers experience.

  Sent completely the wrong item although they emailed to say they were sending correct one. Hopefully this can be sorted quickly as it’s taken almost 3 weeks for part to arrive but they do seem very good at sorting things out. Let’s hope so because my bike is in bits and booked on to a ferry in three weeks.
