  Delivery was quick enough, all the wood good quality. The only reason why I didn’t mark it as excellent was poor customer service over the phone. On hold for about an hour, my issue was not solved as promised. But overall very good company

  The products are good but customer service is poor. The chat bot doesn't seem to understand and a human is impossible to reach. The telephones go unanswered. Orders are therefore impossible to amend. I did get an apology email but nothing changed for my next order (the one I wanted to amend). My parcel was delivered a day early but rather than follow the instructions on the parcel and gate to deliver to the next door house the parcel was lobbed over the fence. Good job it wasn't raining.

  5 stars for the products and sadly 1 star for DPD delivery service. I had a text to state products would be delivered roughly between 13:30 to 14:30 what I didn’t know was that they wouldn’t deliver to my home address but to a local post office. No attempt was made to my home address I was in also have a RING doorbell. I had text to say pick up at post office, very disappointed as purposely stayed in for delivery. At no point was I informed my order would be delivered to a local DPD point. Hugely disappointed.

  They failed to send the goods (mistakes happen) but trying to resolve the issue was a nightmare. They do not return emails, failed to call back and I only knew that it had been sent when the courier contacted me.

  I was looking for a Grohe wall hung toilet system and Builder Depot came up on an internet search with a good price, in the end I decided to order the complete system with pan and seat. The delivery was quick, the driver really pleasant and helped unload. When I unpacked the pan and seat I was amazed to find that was Grohe as well an of the highest quality, complete soft close seat can be easily detached for cleaning. A great product at an competitive price.

  Very happy. I ordered On-line which was easy. I wanted to add to the order and wanted it delivered at the same time - which wasn't possible to confirm on-line so I called the New Southgate branch an Sean sorted everything out for me very efficiently. The delivery was as promised - all good. Later, we panicked that we hadn't enough aggregate, so called up and spoke to Matthew, who quickly ordered us more. We later found that we were spot-on, and Matthew simply cleared the order - both Sean & Matthew were very professional. It would have been useful to have had the aggregate earlier than the date we were given. I know Builders Depot are very busy, but it would be good if there was a way to request express deliveries - appreciating there would need to be an increased charge. Excellent service.

  I ordered some upvc facia and soffit lengths and fittings … the website was really clear and responsive (and the prices were good !) so ordering was straightforward. I had used BD previously, so my details were still on my account, which made things easier too. Delivery was arranged for about 4 days but BD called me when they had a spare slot earlier than this. The delivery arrived very promptly and the messaging and tracking system was useful in knowing what was happening. The goods were all complete and packaged together. Overall, a great service !

  Great service and speedy delivery. Shame the item didn’t cover m2 as advertised. Had to get alternative glue for a remaining 2m2 which wasn’t allowed for in the job. Great glue, 5 minute working time before it goes tacky. Manufactures just a bit optimistic with m2 coverage.

  The smoke alarm I ordered was not in the box with the other item I ordered. I emailed Builders Depot immediately. I have just received an email to say they are looking into it. If it was the tube of sealant missing it wouldn't be a problem but I am currently without protection on my upper floor. Now I know they are dragging their heals resolving it, I will buy and fit a battery only smoke alarm until the mains/battery one I ordered arrives.

  I had a need for some hoist hangers, ordered them from Builders Depot and they arrived within a few days FedEx. Super fast service and the quality of the joist hangers are fantastic. I would buy from Builder Depot again and most certainly recommend them to my friends for good prices, super quality and express delivery. Wish all companies were like Builders Depot.
