  Been waiting for my order for 2 MONTHS. Smallable customer team is unhelpful, inattentive and uncaring. At no point have they gotten in touch with me, it’s been always me chasing. In my second to last chase, they lied to me saying they had my items now and it’d be a matter of days for me to receive it. I call 2 weeks later and they say: actually, we didn’t have it and we still don’t, and we don’t know if/when we will. Cancelled the order in the end, hopefully my refund will arrive soon. NEVER AGAIN

  Smallable is a wonderful place. I wish import fees could be incorporated at check out but otherwise things I couldn’t find in Canada.   Website was easy to use, shipping and delivery was crazy fast from Europe to USA! The only confusing thing was my daughters sock size in the Portuguese made socks. Ended up guessing correctly! Thanks Smallable.

  Delivery was ok however Im extremely disappointed at company of this scale. Basically I purchased item and customer service team emailed me asking me to pay custom fees because a new custom between EU and UK. the Customer service representative told me to pay and once because of the company policy, they will definitely refund me the fee and ask me to not worry. I was going to return the items but since they told me smallable will cover the fee so I went ahead and paid about $150 custom fee and sent them the receipt for rebate/refund. Ever since then, the customer service team stopped replying to my email and disappeared. Is this real? for $150 or so they do this to customers? If you do not wish to cover the fee, do not promise me at the first place and ask UPS return the item. I am so disappointed at Smallable and this kind of behaviour is literally a scam.

  The shoe I ordered in what I thought would be my daughter’s size is a whole size off. When holding them up to her current sneakers which are a size smaller they are the same. I didn’t realize there would be no help with returning them and it would cost me $223 to ship them back when the sneakers cost $100. I’ve been trying to get in touch w them for 3 days. Their phone line has been “busy” every single time I call.

  All of the items available on Smallable.com are simply gorgeous! It is such an easy website to navigate. Also, I can't believe how fast I received my order! (and I live in the States!) The packaging included The Smallable Paper which I absolutely loved! The paper is in the style of a newspaper, and these are rarely seen anymore...it's so unique and professionally done with lots of photos, self care, and inspiration. Smallable is a fantastic place to shop. I highly recommend with 5 stars and cannot wait to shop here again.

  Im an international customer and the free shipping is very nice, however…. The product I ordered is not to my liking and the cost is double for me to send it back… so now I have a product I don’t want. I wish they had a better return policy and showed more photos. If I had seen the product from a few more views I would have known it wasn’t right for my needs.

  The delivery was fast but costly ($11). I noticed an error in my order and tried to change it or cancel right away but couldn’t. I ordered shoes that are too small and I need to return. The customer has to pay for returning the items even though there is an initial high delivery fee. Overall, Smallable is not customer friendly. I have ordered in the past and it always leaves me with that love hate feeling. Want to love it, love all the items but I hate the whole process. I won’t order again.

  Ordering from a foreign website can be a bit unnerving, but they had by far the best price around, and in a color I couldn't find anywhere else, so I took a chance. Well, they got it from Paris, France to Michigan, U.S.A. in THREE DAYS. I was shocked. It was also packed well and even payment was a breeze through PayPal. Highly recommended.

  all my favourite brands are in there. Such a lovely online stockist. My order placed and delivered directly. Very helpful online helpdesk. Unfortunately, the item had to be returned and the cost which. in the client's responsibility -I am ok with this -- is too high. If there were a standard and lower delivery cost for returns to pay (through a settlement with the delivery service) I would definitely choose smallable, otherwise I will not opt for smallable again. Sorry :(

  Smallable customer service is very poor. I love the website and I was very happy with my order but delivery to the UK is very expensive. It was difficult to find information on the website regarding delivery to the UK so I was surprised to find out that before I could receive my delivery from Smallable I had to pay a charge to DPD. This was not mentioned on the Smallable website. I did find a section on the website where I could get a refund for custom charges. I did this and sent in the required information. I got an email to say they required more information which I sent but I have had no response since even though I have sent several emails to follow up. Ignoring customer emails is bad customer service. I am very disappointed with the service I have received and I will not be shopping with Smallable again.

  The product they sent was moulded and scary, they wanted me to send pictures and I tried to 15 times but they kept saying they did not receive it. I am so disappointed and I feel really really cheated that I must pay for return postage on an expired product. I have called and called, sometimes they just hung up, other times they listened and said I should send photos which I did! At first I thought what a lovely site and there were many things to be enthused about but now I think they are not really interested in satisfying their costumers. I want to return the products but I feel I should not pay for postage since I am not at fault! They just say that is not their policy! I think maybe others received this product before me and they are making money on sending it on and not caring that it maybe is a heath issue with mould. Non caring company, I will be posting pictures on social media, then they can see the pictures there!

But on the day my package arrived it only contained 1 item. I’m really annoyed by companies that sell you stuff and are unable to keep their inventory in order. So now I got a rather expensive shirt and a coupon that I will probably never use. I understand accidents happen but this can be handled better.

  Buying at Smallable is always a gamble: you have to pay both delivery AND return expenses, which makes it very expensive, especially if you do return the products.

  Took a week to get the order in the post. Shipped from France and arrived too late for the child’s birthday party. Annoying especially as the postage is separate. They did refund the postage.

  The package was delivered in a non-existent address. It was different from the one that I put in the website and on top, the on that is described by UPS simply does not exist. The ZIP code is missing 3 numbers!!! I cannot even check where the box actually is!!! I am a frequent buyer and is the 2nd time that I have problems with UPS (even paying 38 pounds for fast delivery) I live in Brazil and I will not be able to bring my daughters gifts back once again. Extreamely disappointed and hoping that you prioritize
