  I still would like to thank Bertrand the customer service staff for his effort in addressing the issue of missing items in my order. The overall experience with Smallable though is below expectation. I ordered a set of four &Klevering Moroccan Lemon Plates on 13th of March, and received DHL delivery on 20th of March. To my surprise, the package contained only one plate. I contacted Smallable immediately by email with photos attached. And then with several rounds of emails, which the staff initially said they are checking the stock and then on 24th of March told me the plate is sold by one, whereas on their website this article was and still is sold by a set of four. I emailed back and waited until 31st of March, getting no reply, and during that period, I discovered there are so many negative reviews on Facebook about Smallable… I wished I had not placed the order with Smallable because I have obviously encountered the same experience as the other angry customers. I emailed once again to Smallable on 31st of March, asking them to send me the missing three plates. I was about to post reviews on Facebook and Trustpilot if I still got no reply. Then on the same day, I finally got reply and confirmation that Smallable is resending me a whole set of four plates. On 2nd of April, the order is dispatched, and today 8th of April, I received DHL package. As I happily opened my package, guess what: in the set, there are two of the same plates, and I’m still missing the plate printed with three lemons。 Now I have 2 of A plate, 2 of C plate, one of D plate and zero of B plate. While I appreciate the gesture of resending me the plates, I am not impressed with the customer service, as they obviously lack attention to detail. They did not carefully check the items making sure it is matching the order and item description before they wrap and pack the order. And it happened twice! I would add review for the product itself as well. Some of the plates have got minor scratch and needle holes on them, which is a bit disappointing as they are supposed to be of really good quality considering they are made in Switzerland. I think there must be something that needs to be straightened up within the Smallable system. Otherwise, customers who had similar experience like me would unfortunately hesitate and avoid purchasing again from Smallable.

  I would give Smalleable 5 stars but unfortunately we were hit with an Import VAT and Customs Clearance Fee which added up to £83! I paid it this time but won't be able to in future as it's too expensive to have this added cost. Such a shame as I love the products from Smallable.

  The product was shipped promptly and I was given updates on its progression often. In fact it was delivered a few days early. It was packed well and in excellent condition. I was very impressed with the whole process. My granddaughters were very happy with their bunnies!

  I really like the lamp, but it got here partially damaged. Specifically, the lamp is white and there is a piece with stains on it. I am too lazy to return it right now - we spent some good time cleaning it and it kind of isn't too visible. Otherwise everything else went smooth.

  I live in Vancouver, Canada so it was really fast shipping! And they refunded the duties right away when I sent it to them. The products are lovely as well. I ordered some lights and I just wish they all came with electrical plugs! All in all a really awesome experience.

  It’s a very addictive shopping experience on Smallable because of the collections and fast shipping. I love the quality of the curated products sold on the site. One thing I would change would be to have fewer copies of the paper invoice in the delivery. Otherwise, I’m a big fan.

  1. The order was badly packed - things were stuffed into the box and got deformed in transport 2. I got the wrong product - I have ordered panda night light, and I got a rabbit instead. Both of these night lights are not available on the website anymore, so I’m sure someone was counting that I will keep it and will not want to bother returning. 3. There was no information about additional customs costs. I already paid a lot for shipping and most companies cover customs if there are any applicable costs.
