  My parcel was incorrectly addressed which resulted in the parcel traveling around the south-west of WA. After numerous phone calls, I eventually received my parcel on 29/12/2022. Very poor service if you cannot transpose an address from the order to the delivery.

  The rose was exactly as stated. Very beautiful in appearance. My wife loved it. The promise of fast postage was once again as promised arriving 3 days after the order. I waited to buy this for our 50th wedding anniversary for 3 years and it was worth the wait.

  I was looking for a special 25th anniversary present. I spoke directly with the company, what and was more delighted with the service that I received. The staff member I talked to was brilliant, VERY helpful, polite and courteous. I rang on a Wednesday and the product was delivered interstate on the following Monday.   I ordered it in the afternoon and it arrived the next day!!!! I wasn’t sure about this to start off with, thought the website looked a little sketchy but I read some reviews and decided to give it a go, best decision ever! The product was amazing and didn’t even need to be worried about having to use PayPal

  The eternity rose was a 10 year wedding anniversary gift for my wife. She absolutely loved it. It came the day after I ordered it interstate. It is everything that it was advertised to be.
