  The service provided is without doubt excellent. Easy to navigate site to find what you want. From ordering to delivery is insanely quick. Deserved 5 stars. Only one thing for me personally is it would nice if the customer had the option to buy a vase separately if a rose doesn't come in a set.

  The product and boxing is beautiful, shopping was easy and delivery was overnight. I had an issue with the product and after contacting support it was resolved very favourably. If there is anything to criticise it is that the support email contact is not readily found on the website.

  these beautiful pieces were given as a gift. my wife belongs to a group who wear red. every so often they accessorise with purple. spotted these on laptop while researching and i straight away knew these beautiful pieces would be perfect accessories....and they are!!!!!!!

  The item was delivered very quickly considering i only placed the order the day before Valentines day so i have no complaints there. However when my wife opened the leather case she found the rose was damaged in that the gold was lifting from the leaf. i have contacted Eternity rose by phone and sent an email back along with pictures of the damaged rose just on a week ago now and still no one from the company customer service team have contacted me to advise what they intend to do about the damaged rose; so i am not very impressed with their service which is why i gave them a low rating

  Do not bother unless you want to do the chasing of the product. Their dispatch put the wrong suburb on my item. I ended up having to drive an hour and a half and two tolls to the courier depot to which they said they had another one there with the same issue I’ve had. The product itself was ok. Didn’t get the wow factor I was hoping for. Just something to sit in the cupboard never to be seen again
