  The team was excellent. Setting very good. Fellow visitors had same mind set. Nice contacts. Very enjoyable for the kids, with many (nature) activities. Quit. All followed the rules. Very good. Kids had a lot of fun with other kids with different nationalities. Very good experience. Also food at the restaurant was very good. Not cheap however. Pool maintenance very good.all very clean outside.all furniture from full wood or metal. no plastics.

  family of five stayed in Ardeche Sud cabin 2 for a week in august. Lovely site and surrounding area. it was hot but swimming in the pools and nearby river made it enjoyable, kids took part in some of the activities and evening entertainment, all very pleasant. A good base for discovering the Ardeche

  I loved the Huttopia spirit! It felt like the ethos was about being relaxed, helpful, having fun and a feeling of freedom in nature. The site was clean and well looked after and all the staff were helpful and kind to our family.

  Camping with bare minimum space. Very little privacy between pitches and adjacent to a trackway that often had noisy late night returnees. Plot 11. Late night parties on site to 2am and children racing up and down on bicycles past quiet times. This site has really put us off camping. Not directly Huttopia but having a dog on Ile de Ré is almost pointless as there are no beaches they can go. We will never return.

  Lovely, friendly staff and well proportioned pitches as well as beautifully clean toilet blocks make this one of the best campsites we've ever stayed on. Great facilities in a beautiful location. The only downsides for me were the cost of washing machines and possibly the noise from the road - although not a problem for us specifically I can see that it might bother other families.

  Excellent, friendly service at all points. We noticed a big improvement during our stay this year over last year. It was clear that the staff enjoy their roles and made our family's stay very enjoyable. The welcome at reception when we arrived was great and set the tone for a lovely week at Chardon Bleus. The activities manager was full of enthusiasm and the kids loved the magic show, Boules tournament and kids club. Keep it up! we'll be back and also look forward to trying other Huttopia sites.

  We booked a river side pitch. There are not that many as we booked in October 2018 so hoped to be one of the first to book. We got allocated a pitch next to the table tennis area, snack wagon and general play area. It was noisy. Mainly kids on holiday enjoying themselves, and why not? But we are both over 60 and would have preferred a bit more quiet at night. The pitch is not next to the river, none are, there is a main footpath between you and the river, so I think that is misleading really. The site overall was ok though and it is very handy for a walk in town and trips out.

  The site was not particularly well kept and the distance from the palace was a good 45 mins walk, at 50 euros per night it was definitely overpriced even with a pool which (because of the heat) was overcrowded with children.

  This is a beautiful campsite in between the pine trees. The facilities are new and clean, the staff is super friendly and the entertainment for kids and adults is perfect. We enjoyed the swimming pool. It is located close to many touristic sites. We recommend this campiste.

  Nice stay at Huttopia Samur in the Loire Valley in France. We loved the peace and the nice and natrual layout off the campsite. Our Classic 4 tent was beautiful equiped and a nice place to stay. The cleaning of the bathrooms was exellent

  Location of the campsite is great, close to Clermont Ferrand, but be prepared for your walk back to the campsite which will use some energy. There is a bus, but not at all days/times of course. The welcome I got was a bit chilly, but help by another employee later that night was as it should be: warm and inviting. For single travelers, the Huttopia campsite is overpriced. It's a camping that apparently targets for families with children for which I guess the campsite would be great.
