  Bought an LED light - delivery promised in 24 hours - arrived from overseas days later. They don't tell you these are shipped from Spain. Opened package a few days later and the light was damaged, and very poor quality manufacture. Ledkia refuse to even entertain the idea of a return. This is a SCAM organisation - do NOT even entertain the idea of using them. Very flash website but all they will do is make a sale - they will NOT support any products that are faulty - as my experience shows. Found similar on Amazon and will be buying from there in future with the Amazon guarantees and customer service. These people are scammers based in Spain using a digital London phone number - they have no physical base in the UK. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

  Terrible customer service, operatives who are totally unhelpful, goods took over two weeks to get to me and when they did arrive the packaging was damaged. Unsure if the good inside were damaged as these items would be difficult to test without actually wiring them up to the electrics by my builder. The cost of returning is also totally unacceptable, with unrealistic time frames on returns. I not sure any review could help this company improve its customer service or their customer experience

  2nd time i have now used Ledkia, brilliant company, service, and products. If i was to say anything slightly negative, sometimes the website is a bit hard to find things on, or navigate to find the product you're after. Customer service is also very quick in getting back to you to answer queries.

  Very Good: The only problem with light bulbs in general, is there is no standard number for each bulb which relates to the fitting size and performance. So it is just luck when you get what you want again in the future. After buying these LED bulbs I have thrown away every pre-LED energy bulb I have in my house. They light at full power instantly and appear as bright as an incandescent 60 watt bulb.

Web site was slightly deceiving as priducts were not in stock, despite saying so. hen I called for an update I was told they are in stock with the manufacturer but will take a week to even despatch (not including the 4-5 working day delivery lead time). Check the stock and actually delivery date BEFORE ordering!!!

  Shop doesn't inform they ship from outside UK, website says 2-3 working days delivery, took over a week. Also power supply has non UK standard plug, made me buy another lead for it and whole project got delayed and followed with bad customer feedback. Not good supplier for trade.

  paid 66 pound to recueve my order within 24hours so i got some one to wait in all day friday for it o ly to recieve an email telling my that there was a non ups labour problem and i would recieve my pckage on monday instead which meant i had to let my costomer down on saturday so i lost money then as well. i have contacted ups regarding this as it was only 18pound postage to recieve my package on monday so have spent an extra 48pound on nothing? ups have told me to contact the sender as it was not there fault why it was delayed

  Made an order and paid £66 for next day delivery, ordered on the Wednesday. Thursday I get a call to say they did not send delivery as 1 item was out of stock. I explained I had an electrician booked in and at time of order every item said it was in stock and next day available. Didn’t turn up on the Friday it turned up on the Tuesday after bank holiday Monday. After setting the led strip up with an electrician the first metre does not light up and none of the controllers work. I have told customer service and now got to record a video to send them!!! Just been a joke from the start. I went with Ledkia as my electrician has used them. It was expensive so I thought I was getting a better product. One of my supervisors got his of amazon and works with the added benefit of Bluetooth out the box and paid 50% less. So I’m very disappointed

"The deductions for return costs are £15.66 as well as original shipping of £6.95 and any discounts/promotions that may of been applied.
