  Nice product but lack of communication on the order. When placing the order it was in stock. Paid and then was told no stock and no response to my email. Got the products and the delivery was well informed through the stages.

  I ordered 2 products not realising that one was out of stock. A representative contacted me to ask if I was aware of the delay, which I wasn't, and was able to offer a better alternative. The order was received within three days. Had it not been for their diligence I could have been waiting and my project delayed. I think they displayed excellent customer service.

  Hello, Thank you for your review. If you receive an item damaged, we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery. We can then put in a claim with the Courier service and ship a replacement.   paid £6 for fast delivery and it took 5 days , meanwhile they sent me about 20 ''in transit'' emails, annoying. wouldnt use again

  The speed and level of service was very good and the LED light bulbs were exactly as expected. The only frustration is that the 5% code for first time buyers (advertised on their website) was not accepted at check-out and nobody responded to our comment flagging this issue.

  Excellent value products although delivery is slow. It took a week for my items to arrive. One of my items was damaged, a 1200mm LED tube and holder which appeared to have been damaged in the factory before dispatch. It was bent both vertically and horizontally. It still works and is only for a shed, but the returns process would have meant a 2 week wait for a replacement so I'll live with it.

  They have declined my intial review because ir did not suit them .It's only going to get worse now! But don't take my word for it, look them up on Trustpilot to see how poular they are.

  I received this lamp in very bad condition and reported immediately back to Ledkia with photographs of the seriously impact damaged packaging. Ledkia demanded even more detailed photos which I supplied by return. I have not heard anything since.
