  Received the goods really quickly so no problems there. I then raised a return through the website and was given information to return the goods. Returns address in Spain so had to pay over £15 to return the goods. Received an email back from retailer confirming they have received my goods and that i will be refuded within 10 days. A month later i have still not received the refund. Seller will not reply to any of my emails now.. will not recommend!

  Delivered punctually; however, I had asked for my order to be left on the doorstep out of sight if there was no reply. Instead, the driver left it with a neighbour. If the driver was unable to follow my instructions because they needed a signature, I should have been informed so that I could make alternative arrangements. Other than that, the order was fine except that the bulbs I ordered were far too big and I need a bayonet fitting. You live and your learn! Ledkia have always been very helpful on the telephone and I am sure I will use them again - particularly if I manage to find the right light bulb!

  This is the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. Everyone needs to avoid this company and the people who works behind the scenes are so rude. I never received my item after ordering over a month and when I rang up over and over again they refused to give me any information about my product and did not take responsibility of anything. They even threatened to hang up on me if I keep asking about my order, worst customer service I have ever experience, biggest waste of time, rude staff and once they take your money they don’t care about you or your order. Avoid at all costs.

  It's OK until you wnat to return anything - then it's total rubbish. Yes, I hold my hands up - I ordered the wrong bulbs. Out of a web page containing 119 E27 domestic LED bulb choices there was ONE 12/24V non-domestic LED bulb listed. In those circumstances who checks the voltage when you're more concerned with getting the right fitment, wattage and colour temperature and if they are dimmable. 119 listings for 220/240V bulbs and ONE 12/24V bulb. I bet you can't spot it. I contacted LEDKIA straight away and asked to return the units but was told NO you can't as it will cost LEDKIA too much to send them back to Spain. That's what I call poor customer service. Actually on reflection, it is NO customer service. Very disappointed. Does anyone out there need five E27, 6W, 60mm diameter, warm white LED bulbs that are the very popular and common UK domestic voltage of 12/24V?

  OK but no order should ever be processed and monies taken when the item proves to be out if stock. I acknowledge this only meant z short delay but I was working to a deadline and I had to make calls to establish when/if the product would arrive. The initiative for updating the customer as to timescales should lie with the seller.

  Excellent. I'd had enormous difficulty sourcing the items which I eventually obtained from you. I was even given erroneous information by the company who produced the original linear halogen lights for which I was seeking LED replacements.   Beware - any returns made under their 14 day full refund option have to be made at the purchasers expense to SPAIN. This is costly and for domestic customers it may well exceed the cost of the product. They do not have a UK warehouse and cannot offer normal UK services.

  The 5% discount banner doesn't work and should be fixed or removed. They don't seem to do Bayonet fittings - the most popular bulb in the UK! Presumably because they're not a UK company? Despite all appearances indicating that they are, my products were shipped from Spain. (I hate it when international companies try to pass off as being UK-based). So I made an error with bulb purchase and bought a screw fitting (since there was no mention of whether it was screw or bayonet I guess I assumed). But given the low cost and that if there is any return info on the website it's buried deeply and difficult to find, it's not worth returning. They're cheap but the lack of clarity in all these areas puts me off buying from them again.

  Apalling customer service. Ordered a led panel only to discover that it wasn't suitable for stand alone fitting. When I asked for arefund they refused as the 14 day refund period had passed. I explained that I was unable to get an electrician to fit the panel over the Xmas holidays but it fell on deaf ears.

  Awful!. Bought LED strip lights, they came off in less than 24 hrs! (my previous burnt out after 6years and the new one I bought from somewhere else stick fine) Returns suggested to buy tracking to fit the self adhesive strips ( more expensive than the LED strips itself)Eventually management team responded that they cannot refund because they were USED!!!

  After buying and receiving a faulty LED light strip / Driver I contacted LEDKIA and I received a standard response telling me that I should cut the led and re-attach connector pins and that I was to blame for the fault. (I took the light out of the box new and plugged it in with a failure #notmyfault) I did not get a replacement as requested or any kind of refund. Tracking and delivery was good however which gives them a second star

  Website is very good and easy to use but the quality of service after items have been purchased is very poor. I paid a significant amount of money for next day delivery and it arrived over a week later, some of the products was damaged, broken, bent. All of this unfortunately can happen from time to time and can be put right with communication from both parties, however I was left frustrated after 5 emails went unanswered when asking for a refund of the next day carrier service. They have since replied to my emails but are showing an unwillingness to refund me for the broken/damaged items and the items that arrived too late. They have offered me a voucher for my ‘next order’. After the experience I’ve had with this company I can safely say I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Cheap and cheerful yes, but I’d rather pay the premium for service and peace of mind on quality.

  The reason I purchased from you was because I had previously purchased a similar led light string, which had a peel off sticky backing attached. I wrongly assumed that your product would be the same, ie easy to fit. As it is an 8 metre roll, it has involved a lot of time and trouble to fix it to my kitchen plinths.

  The product that I bought was good quality, the problem I had, is my fault as much buying from an internet provider. As you can only see a picture and you don't have much detail, you end un buying something that you are not going to be able to use! I realised my mistake and called customer services to stop the delivery, but I was told it had already been shipped, and because it was coming from Spain it would cost me more to send it back than the refund I would get. Make sure you are 100% sure of what you need and want before buying.

  Ok.. the service was not. Fast, or prompt, but they did the job and did what they said. It was not clear that I was dealing with a non UK firm, hence the delay in delivery. The product is ok.....but what would happen in the event of a failure under guarantee? Alan Hugh

  Been ordering from Ledkia for some years. Tubes have lasted but had failures with bulbs. Fell foul of their condition that you don’t get back your postal charge if the courier doesn’t deliver and says that the address was incorrect. There was, of course, nothing wrong with the address but I didn’t get back my postal charge.

  Hello, If any bulbs have failed, let us know and if you still have them, then can be inspected and replaced. Regarding deliveries, there was a problem with the postcode that was pointed out by yourself, If the courier's cannot find the address, they have no choice but to keep moving.   Thanks for the offer but really it’s not worth the effort of posting off fragile items so they were binned. For the record there was one retro filament bulb (very low temperature) and one half silvered bulb. I have had a number of other LED bulbs from Homebase etc go and haven’t persued them either. Life is too short. One the other hand I really object to your policy on Invalid adresses which I think is open to abuse by the couriers.

  Reasonably good but could be easier to navigate. There is another problem which this outfit has. Whilst their website clearly states when an item is out of stock and when it will be back in stock, this company will hold the order back for delivery until the out of stock item arrives in stock. This means the customer could wait a long time. I requested (when told about this practise), that LEDKIA send the three units they have in stock and the fourth later. They then told me that I would have to pay an additional delivery charge. This is not right. If a company runs out of stock, it should bear the additional cost of two deliveries. If I had looked hard enough to find a competitor with the same items in stock I would have switched companies at this point. Not good. Don't make me pay for your failures in stocking levels.

  Hello, Thank you for your review. We make sure to provide the stock information on the website. If an item is not available, a status confirming: 'This item is out of stock and will ship from the...' can be found. If an item is available, this is also specified. Clients must make sure that the items they are ordering are in stock as if an item is out of stock, the order won't be shipped until everything is available, or it can be shipped separately for a fee. Of course, this can also depend on the situation. Certain order call for a partial shipment, which we do provide. However if an order is placed and we provide free shipping because it's over a certain price, then we split the order in two because of stock, we're now providing two free shipments for orders that are under the amount that qualifies for free shipping in the first place.
