    I received the order. But I thought that if it was an Irish website or an English one, then the parts would fit right-hand drive cars, but no, they sent me for left-hand drive cars. Why sell spare parts for left-hand drive cars on this website? If this is necessary, then you need to make a section for some and for others. It's not a huge problem, but it's still not pleasant.

    Ordered an Exide EA654 lead acid battery for Nissan 350z. Delivery took about a week. Battery arrived in a secure package and was fully charged upon arrival. Worked out about €40-€50 cheaper than a local online shop. Great value.

    I ordered coils which had chips on the coating and some dust on them, as if they were on a shelf for some time. I did mention it to a staff member but I would have had to return them for assessment and I needed them for my NCT that week. They weren’t used but they seemed like B stock which I wasn’t expecting.

    Mister Auto products were perfect but their delivery partner on the final leg of the journey keep delivering to the incorrect address so if you keep using DPD as your courier I can’t continue to do business with you and DPD have no interest in solving this issue

    I received my order slightly late but was given credit for delivery charge. One-off the items was the wrong side. I requested d/side but received the L/side lower w/bone.     This is the 3rd time to order a headlight for my 5 series BMW passenger side. Being from Ireland we drive right hand drive cars. MISTER AUTO keep sending a headlight for a left hand drive car. Don't advertise for Ireland if you can't supply the correct part....

    Have had quite a few orders recently but overall not very good experience. Long waits for parts that are listed in stock but turns out they weren't or ordered parts and only 1 came as stocks were all gone but at time of order stock was there . Not very good when you have a car taking up space in your garage waiting on parts . Have had to return parts due to wrong parts been sent .

    More often than not parts have been wrong, not worth the lower prices In my opinion. Requires return to get refund when wrong parts are sent, not worth my time. Ordered a caliper recently for the right side and left side was sent and attempted to mount which had my car stuck on axle stands until I got the right part while meanwhile I couldn't get a refund with an explanation and images.

    The part came without the cable that was advised to be with it on the site While the part was in pierburg box the part itself didn’t have anything with pierburg on it to give me much confidence in it being genuine When i opened box first and discovered cable not with it i did notify misterauto but was never sure if it went through and i didn’t hear anyback

    I specifically went for mister auto for lemforder ball joint but received TRW part in lemforder box with no bolts or locknut ..very disappointing to say the least having paid a higher price and receiving an inferior product..just some advice to other potential customers to be wary of what you might receive is not what you order.
