  Delivery was fast and we had no complaints about that, but unfortunately through our own fault we ordered a pair of girls shoes , as we thought, but had made a stupid mistake with the size and received a pair of shoes for a baby. We got intouch with the company to inquire if we could send them back at our own expense. Unfortunately the address we were given didn't seem to exist, so now we're left with a pair of rather expensive baby shoes...

  Product is great and as expected, but delivery (FedEx) was confusing with 3 dates given and the time quoted for delivery seemed to change often. It seemed from the tracking that the parcel had been sent back to Spain because of insufficient paperwork. The parcel didn't arrive on the first or second dates given, and when it did arrive we hadn't received an update.

  Fantastic company with great products. I probably have more than a dozen pairs of Natural World shoes and when they get their next batch in im grabbing more before they sell out once again. These are the most comfortable shoes ive ever owned and they are great looking and made of eco products so even my vegan daughter loves them, The company’s staff are great and get back to you quickly and efficiently. Postal costs are very reasonable too so win win all round xx

  Já comprei vários tênis e sempre comprei o número 37 no entanto, este modelo que mandei vir era demasiado grande pelo que pedi a troca. Agendei mas ninguém apareceu nem se dignaram a reagendar. Entrei em contacto convosco e a solução encontrada foi ter de me deslocar a uma agência da DHL para enviar os tênis e continuo a aguardar a devolução ou que me seja entregue o número correcto. O serviço é péssimo e certamente não voltarei a comprar nada convosco

  Quick and good. The only thing is that the delivery company GLS, didn't phone, when it was impossible to deliver it, because the store was closed at that hour. If they have phone me, I would arrange a solution. But as they didn´t, I only get the order 24 hours later.
