  Apart delivery time there is nothing to complain on. Claimed 72 hours were delivered in 12 days. All products are very good quality and easy to wear. Definitely it is worth to buy some.

  First of all, the footwear I ordered is really comfortable. I couldn’t get the colour I wanted from a local shop but I managed to find them on natural worlds own website. The only slight negative thing I can say was that I found the delivery to be a little slower than I’m normally used to with online shopping but only by a few days. However, the reason for this, I believe, was because they were being shipped from Spain? Nonetheless, communication was good from them after I enquired as to regards a shipment date and they then arrived as promised. I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again and I would recommend them.

  Great service, reasonable price & excellent quality. However, despite following the measuring guidelines I.e. measure the insole of an existing pair of shoes & ordering the corresponding size, the shoes were far too small when they arrived. As I am in the UK I am am unable to exchange them which is disappointing say the least.

  well the stock was wrong so I could not get the one i selected and paid for, but they contected me with the problem and fixed it as soon as they found out. I could select another colour and got it a few days later. I was also not in a hurry so I was satisfied with the service after all.

  The wrong shoe size nr 37 was in the shoe box, but i ordered 41 and also on the etiquette of the box it was written 41, however the pair of shoes was 41. But shoes looked nice i hope the right size will finally fit on my feet.

  I would advise against ordering from this company. Sometimes the shoes are okay. Sometimes they are badly made and too uncomfortable to wear. Its about 50/50. So you are taking a big risk. The problem is that they have no system for returns and their customer service is very bad and they are actually quite rude about it. If the shoes are no good and you contact them then their policy is basically tough luck. I'll never risk ordering from them again. I'd advise anyone against it. You have been warned.

  I'm trying to return the shoes that are small for me. The courier never contacts me and customer service told me first that my returned was cancelled and second that it's again ok and the courier will contact me. Still waiting and it's been 15 days since I started the return.

We dont work weekends so we shippedd the shoes on Monday 23th and you got the shoes the 26th, so there was a delay of one day due to an issue on the shipping address. On the other way, if the shoes are coming out please send an email so we can check with design as we have reviewed our email and we dont have any email from your side. Thank you!

Taking into account that courier services do not operate during weekends, the shipment timeline is as follows: The order was dispatched on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Subsequently, on Tuesday 24th it underwent a temporary hold at customs, with clearance being granted on Friday, August 25th. Following this, disregarding the weekend days of Saturday and Sunday, the shipment remained in transit for a duration of two and a half days, ultimately reaching its destination on Wednesday, August 30th.   My order took two weeks to be delivered despite the website quoting "72 to 96 hrs for orders shipped outside of Spain". In addition, I contacted NaturalWorld to ask about the refund/exchange policy as the shoes were far too big, and had no response from them at all. A very poor experience and I would not recommend.

  Sorry, it was not really clear on your review that the courier never show up, looks like you wanted to exchange the shoes from the UK and not from Portugal. We just checked the status and says that the address that you indicated them was incomplete so the pick up couldnt be made. Then, following you last email we sent the details again to the courier and yesterday they create a new pick up request and they can have up to 5 working days to pick up the shoes. Thank you
