  I had ordered shoes from you for the first time, at first I had not noticed that I had to send a receipt. That's why my delivery was delayed. Once the shoes arrived we were very happy! The shoes are perfect and we wear them with pride. When contacting via e-mail, there was also a very quick response and that is nice. Thank you!

  I like it that exchanges are free. But I did not see an option to specify a time for dhl to pick up the parcel. I ended up sending it back myself. (Maybe it was possible and I didn't read it well enough).

  The Natural World Eco webshop is easy to navigate. The webshop is clear, up to date and the images are good. What is shown in the webshop is also what you actually get. The only thing that works less easily is the track-and-trace code. Via detours on the internet you will eventually find out where the package is located, but that should work much better with one click on a link. The processing of the order is perfect.

  I already new Natural World and my idea of the company has been confirmed again. Great quality and fantastic design. This time they also proved they're efficient in their delivery.   Return policy about printing paper and puting it in the box, otherwise they can loose the returned item.Tere is not always a printer around you... Plus how can anyone just do not see in system with order ir where? There should be some other way. Staff is helpfull and friendly of you have any questions but sometimes does not sound really professional.

  Hi. I press english line but i still get spanish...sometimes there is english person to talk with, sometimes not...one order was lost. That was not ypur company blame, but other country delivery company problem. But it took a almost a month untill we found out where and what. Or with country codes ..But staff was always friendly

  I love the shop but searching for size is terrible.... 39 just doesnt exist in many modells, or it shows up when listed with filter for 39 but then you cannot find it in any colour....
