  This shop is totally unreliable. My order contained one pair of shoes less than ordered. On top I orderd but didn't recieve a return sheet to return the pairs I don't want to buy. The seller ignores my attemps to contact him via Mail and Internetform. Until now I didn't recieve my money back. I can only warn to place an order Delivery took quite long.

  We liked Natural World BoatShoes-great colors produced in Spain+ordered directly 5pairs. Disillusionment took place in stages. Ladiesshoes were too small. It took 1month+various requests till return label came. Meantime ordered colors were sold out, replacement took 11weeks. The joy was short, after cold wash shoes became one size smaller. Natural World refuses to organize and pay for the return.

  Thank you for your review. As they couldnt deliver the exchange shoes, the package was sent back to us and then we ship it again, that is why you got it so late. After it, one month later you wish the refund, which it is okay but the system doesnt allow it so you should send the shoes and will make the refund. That is not a problem. Thank you!

  I really like the shoes but they have limited sizes and often are out of stock with no plat to restock.Customer care (email and social media) are ok but they don’t reply all my questions (for example about delivery) Delivery, I am still waiting (I place the order 1 week ago) and I did not receive tracking number yet. Delivery it’s too slow. If you sell online you must have a better logistics

  I had an issue with the elastic stripe of a pair of shoes, after a month of use and the customer service replaced it for me with a new pair of another model. Very efficientIn general their products represent a wonderful place for your feet to lay in. Both the leather and the cotton shell are very soft and let the skin breath like bear foot on a grass pitch
