  I ordered this base layer on 22/12, I don't received yet on 17/01. It could happen that a parcel get lost! But from a brand as ODLO I expect a different customer service, they don't reply to my email so I don't know how to proceed to have a refund or to have a new shirt. In my opinion this is RIDICULOUS by a prestigious brand as Odlo is.

  Site works very well but it was disappointing to be urged to join the newsletter in order to benefit a 10% discount, go through all the steps then not get the email with the promised discount code. By the time I got back to my shopping experience, my garment on sale was no longer the same price. Double loss.

  We ordered item on 20th Dec and while UPS have the package of which has gone back and forth to the warehouse we have still not received, 14th January. I reached out to Odlo and was told that as the item had been processed and sent, they cannot cancel.. so we are in a situation where we have paid for an item, we have not received for 3 weeks and nothing can be done. We have tried to speak with UPS at our local distribution centre and just get messages and refer to order number and so cannot speak with anyone. I think Odlo need to reconsider using UPS as their delivery partners…

  By mistake I ordered the wrong size. As return is on own expense to Germany, and as you cannot exchange sizes, it was very expensive to send the order back. Therefore I re-ordered the right size on another website. I prefer to go directly to the manufacturer but the service here is clearly inferior

  Oslo does not live up to the 2-3 workdays delivery as stated on the website. Online order was placed on Sunday, I would expect the delivery on Wednesday or ultimately on Thursday. On Wednesday the delivery status online was still “in process”. On Friday while on route to my holiday, I could see online that the package was delivered on Thursday at a DPD pickup location, without attempting delivering first at my home address. I was home all Thursday!!! The package was send back while I was on holiday, so I never received the package. DPD is THE worst package delivery company ever!

  My poor review concerns Odlo's substandard logistics. When ordering, the website requires that the house number is entered first and then the street name. Since this is always given in the different order in Flanders, I did not pay attention to this. The result is that the software omits the house number. Odlo sent my package with an incomplete address. I could see through the tract & trace that the package had arrived at the DPD distribution center in Belgium, but had still not been delivered after two weeks. I reported this to Odlo customer service. They first reported that the package was on its way to me, which turned out not to be true. After pressing again, customer service eventually reported that the house number was missing. I immediately sent this to them, they also asked for my mobile number. Nothing happened. I received two more messages that my address was incomplete, but there was no way to correct this and inform DPD. Customer service did nothing, the package was returned! It is better to abolish such customer service. I ended up going on a winter holiday without the warm walking trousers I had ordered. I ordered them later anyway because I didn't feel like finding an alternative. So I haven't had a chance to try them yet. The size (according to the Odlo size chart) turns out rather small, if you do not want pants that are too tight, it is better to order a larger size.

  Great! I had a wonderful experience form every point of view. The website is perfect, pictures, descriptions and size explanations are perfect. The order was placed smoothly, arrived on time in a nice packaging. The products are perfect (I have ordered base layer for skiing), good quality and nice fitting. the only 'complaint' is about shipping costs for returns are on the customer side. HIGHLY recommended products

  The website returned an error msg when I paid requesting that I try again - which I did. Then I had two confirmation messages meaning I had ordered and paid twice. I immediately tried to contact customer support but got cut off after queuing for a long time. I sent an email (still within 15 mins of placing the double order) with screen shots of the orders explaining what had happened and requesting that they refund and do not send the second order. No reply for a week and of course then it was too late. The second order was returned at my expense. Rubbish experience! Will not use the company again!

  l'etichetta di spedizione è stata creata 5 giorni dopo un sollecito da parte mia che chiedevo la motivazione. Inoltre, uno dei due prodotti acquistati presenta diversi sfilacciamenti di fibra non cuciti correttamente (sul braccio , attorno il collo...) Che dire .... La qualità, la precisione e il servizio di questa amato marchio che acquisto da piu di trent'anni inizia a essere scadente. Sono molto dispiaciuto. Non credo di acquistare altri prodotti.

  My order initially was held up at customs entering the US. ODLO quickly remedied the situation and I received my order shortly after. Can’t say enough good things about the customer service and the quality of the clothing.
