  Amazing pyrex dishes. I bought lots of different types (for baking and storing in the fridge/freezer). Great to know theres no poisonous chemicals leeching into the food. I ordered directly from the pyrex uk site. Delivery was prompt and packaging was mainly made up of card, with a bit of polythene to prevent excessive movement and prevent breakage.

  everything perfect except packaging. Seriously! Is that amount of packaging required for an order that would comfortably fit in a padded envelope and would comfortably fit through a letterbox? The product is perfect but the review reflects the waste of resources in the packing for transit

  Delivery was so fast. Parcel was missing an item so I sent an email and received a reply straight away. They apologised and sent the item to me that day. Excellent customer service. I love the cook and go mini bowls and the glass lunch boxes.

  Site was easy to use. The items I wanted were originally not in stock but Pyrex sent me an e-mail to let me know that they were back in stock. Items arrived on time, very well packed. I thought the lids and postage were both quite expensive. For that reason only 4 stars.

  I had to make multiple attempts to contact Pyrex after not receiving all of my item, including opeimomg a PayPal claim to get my money back due to non response from Pyrex. That prompted them to finally send my item and respond. This was a month after i first placed the order. The customer service is completely lacking from Pyrex. They just ignore customers until they actually have to do something because they're at risk of losing money.

  I ordered 5 items but only 3 arrived. I contacted DHL who delivered the package and they said that they only received/posted one parcel which included the 3 items I received. I contacted Pyrex 3 days ago but still no answer and I not only paid for the items I didn’t receive, but was also charged over £5 for the delivery which didn’t go as planned. I wonder if there is any customer service at Pyrex. Such a renowned company, one would expect at least proper delivery and good customer service, but it’s lacking both!

  It was amazing to be able to buy replacement lids for some Pyrex containers I bought 20 years ago. Only minor issue was that they came in a huge cardboard box with extra cardboard & plastic to protect them when they are small bendy lids which would have fitted in an A4 envelope.

  Very pleased with the small ‘cook and heat’ dishes. They were bought to make batch meals for my 93 yr old Mum that could go in the freezer and then be warmed up easily by her carers. The 400ml size are perfect for this.

  Overall I was extremely satisfied with the order. The website was easy to use, dispatch was prompt, and the customer communication was excellent. The only thing that stopped this from being a five star review is that the packaging was wasteful. For three flat 15cm square lids they used a 42cm x 36cm x 18cm box, which was unnecessarily large.

  Good quality food ware that you can feel assured is toxin free, but it does seem expensive for what it is, and the same pieces can be bought from elsewhere for significantly less money with significantly easier and cheaper returns. Shop around! I wanted to speak to somebody in person about my order but there is no customer services number. Any return of goods has to be ‘approved’ by what feels like an automated email response, and return shipping has to be paid for by the consumer. I kept some of the order, but other bits were just too expensive and not right for their intended use. An expensive mistake! I’m still saving by returning part of the order though, despite having to pay for return costs.

  The customer return system is very poor/slow. Lids on both sets of glass dishes faulty. Don't think this company will pay for faulty return cost. No phone contact. Would not buy from them again.

  The Pyrex website allows the customer to ask questions. I've asked twice about products in the last 3 months and still haven't received a reply. For this order, I asked to be notified when a product was back in stock. I was notified and placed the order.
